The event that has been in the works since before the end of Season 3 has finally come to pass! The canon Equestria Games may be over, but I'm sure a lot went on behind the scenes during those events, and I'm also sure you writers will help flesh those missing moments out for us. It looks like the world of pony plushies is about to meet yet another contender. A company called "Toy Factory" has MLP listed in their "coming soon" section. A bit of digging around concludes that they apparently specialize in plushies specifically, covering a broad range of licenses from DC to Pokemon.
Other than that, nothing else is really known! If you want a few examples of what they have created that may be similar to our ponies, head on down below the break for a bunch of 4 legged creatures!

The Hub is running a live web conference with both Tara Strong and Meghan McCarthy on May 6th at 5:30 PM PST. Some of the things they plan on answering are the future of Friendship is Magic, general show production, Equestria Girls, and the usual stuff with Tara Strong's role as Twilight Sparkle.

Man, this was the most awkward moment I think I've ever come across in FiM. I felt so bad for little Spike! Thankfully it all worked out in the end for our scaled friend and we all learned a valuable lesson too.

Now that A Brony Tale has successfully premiered in New York, it's making its way to other film festival across the world so if you happen to be in the area of one of them see if you can get in and see the film! In the near future it appears to be premiering in Vancouver, Canada, and Seattle, Washington, as well as in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand.

It looks like 4DE Is really ramping things up! Yet another update has arrived from their Twitter stream, this time dedicated to one that I know a ton of you have been asking about for a while now. Announced back at Comic Con 2013, Fluttershy has been somewhat absent for over half a year now. Even I have received emails asking where she is. According to their announcement, it looks like she will finally be up for pre-order soon. I'm probably not the only one that has been holding out on buying the other lines for these. I'd say it's way more than worth it to avoid frizzy/spaghetti/"I HAVE TO BRUSH THIS?" hair.
I'll be keeping an eye on their pre-order page. Hopefully it appears within the next few weeks! -
As the Crystal Empire loomed in the distance, Rainbow Dash made her way to the front of the train car, her eyes pointed at the floor and her lips pursed with some invisible strain. Ponyville's team for the Equestria Games watched her in silence, waiting to hear her final words before the train reached its only stop on their journey, before they'd bear the hopes and dreams of their town and all of Equestria on their shoulders. When Rainbow decided she'd walked far enough, she kept her back turned to the team and pointed her gaze out the window. She stared with glassy eyes at the mountains rolling by for a long, breathless moment, then let her lips part with a sigh.
"I don't know what to say, really," she said. "Three hours to the biggest battle of our professional lives... it all comes down to today. Either we come together as a team, or we're going to crumble. Inch by inch, event by event, till we're finished."
Rainbow turned and faced her team for a moment, then swiveled on her hind legs and began to pace from wall to wall. "We're in hell right now, everypony. Believe me. And we can stay here and get the spit kicked out of us, or... we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb out of hell. One inch at a time."
