Ponibooru Film Night
Poster artist DaisyHead here. This week we will be showing a double feature. The first movie is Christmas is here again. It's about a, abused crippled orphan girl who teams up with an elf and animals to get Santa's sack from an evil thing that want's to stop Christmas from coming.
The second movie is The Christmas Tree. It's an unbelievably horribly animated christmas special about more orphans being abused by their care taker who is just using the orphanage as a front to get taxpayers money from the mayor.

Taiwan Bronies Bahamut 18th Convention My Little Pony Exhibit
On November 30, the Bahamut gaming website Convention was held in Taipei, Taiwan on November 30. The Taiwan Bronies had created an exhibit for ponies. Even though it wasn't quite as majestic as the previous ones,but we had put our efforts in the activities, scheduling four different competitions for players to win fabulous prizes. Furthermore, we had plenty of pony merchandise on display, including a piece of art signed by Claire Corlett herself when she came to visit in Taiwan.
Ultimately we took home third prize in the award for Best Exhibit. (In previous years we won first in Best Design.)
Here is what Bahamut said about the exhibit in the official Bahamut wrap-up
"The My Little Pony exhibit that won the Best Design last year went one step farther and took home third place in Best Exhibit. And the organizers still said they didn't work hard enough. While the exhibit wasn't quite as magnificent as it was last year, it still had plenty of merchandise to show off, even a limited edition figurine from ComicCon. The stand featured activities such as pony Karaoke, Fighting is Magic, the My Little Pony Gameloft game, and Pony trivia. Only those that participate can take home a special pony pin made by a fan.
With these high-priced collectibles, the organizers hope to show that My Little Pony is no longer limited to children, but has evolved to appeal to a diverse audience"

Tonight's Groups Looking For More
Hong Kong MLP Event
Here's another news from Hong Kong. Hasbro Hong Kong has organized a MLP coloring competition a month ago, and last weekend they are having a prize giving ceremony. What's worth noting is that this is the first large scale MLP promotion event in Hong Kong since FiM's debut in 2010. At that weekend there were ballet as well as magic performances, as well as game booths to promote other Hasbro's products. Furthermore, fanarts from the members of Hong Kong Bronies Club were also being displayed alongside of the competition pieces.
