iTunes has released the first look at the interior pages for what has to be one of the most imaginative pair-ups the series has announced.
You'll be able to find the pages (and of course spoil yourselves) after the break!

PAGE ONE
PANEL ONE — SWEETIE BELLE sleeping peacefully in her bedroom, while holding onto a little Spike the dragon plush toy.
SWEETIE BELLE
ZZZZZZ…
PANEL TWO — The alarm clock goes off.
SFX
BUZZ
SWEETIE BELLE
This is the day that…
PANEL FOUR — SWEETIE BELLE loses her balance on the bed and is leaning off of it, almost falling off the bed.
SWEETIE BELLE
…WAAAH!
PANEL FIVE — Having now fallen off the bed, SWEETIE BELLE lies prone on her side on the floor. A look of slight discomfort and disorientation adorns her face.
PANEL SIX — Not one to let a little thing falling off the bed get to her, SWEETIE BELLE jumps back onto the bed with excitement on her face!

This is the day…
PANEL SEVEN — Copy/paste PANEL FOUR.

PANEL EIGHT — Zoom in on SWEETIE BELLE's face now that she has fallen on the floor once again. She's a bit more dizzy than she was in PANEL FIVE.

PANEL ONE — RARITY dramatically enters SWEETIE BELLE's bedroom. Have fun with RARITY really hamming it up here.
RARITY
Doctor! Won't you tell what's become of my poor sister?
PANEL TWO — SWEETIE BELLE lies in bed, having her temperature taken, and doesn't look all that well. THE DOCTOR, who is making an unheard of house call in this day and age, glances towards RARITY (OFF PANEL) looking very annoyed.
THE DOCTOR
Yes…
SWEETIE BELLE
Hey Sis.
PANEL THREE — RARITY sits down beside her sister's bedside. SWEETIE BELLE is not amused with RARITY's theatrics.
RARITY
Sweetie Belle!
Can you hear me, darling?
It's me, your sister, Rarity!
SWEETIE BELLE
Rarity, I can see and hear you just fine.
PANEL FOUR — RARITY rushes over toward THE DOCTOR, grabs his jacket collar with a hoof, which has him looking completely perplexed by her actions.
THE DOCTOR
I'm afraid your sister just has an ear infection.
It's nothing serious, but it does affect her balance and she won't be able to travel.
RARITY
No!
Tell me doctor…
PANEL FIVE — THE DOCTOR gives RARITY a second annoyed glance as she leans in to whisper in his ear.
RARITY (WHISPERING)
Is it contagious?
THE DOCTOR
No.
