Backpacks have appeared over on the Target website, in plushie form. Three are currently available, including:
Pinkie Pie
Twilight Sparkle
Rainbow Dash
All three clock in at 15 bucks a pop. They probably won't hold a lot though with the pocket in the back, but I don't think that's completely the point!
Get a bunch of images below, because Target's viewer thingy is a pain in the plot.
