Sorry for the delay with these my friends! Flying everywhere and then dealing with my birthday sort of put a wrench in my normal scheduling plans. But now we're back and we've got a nice variety of artists for you guys to view today; from traditional to digital we've got a bit for everyone today!
As usual, these posts are in similar style to the Tumblr Spotlights, a group of 3-5 artists will be spotlit each entry along with a small short description along with a small selection of their artwork! In order to make this feature work though we need people to suggest artists to us so make sure to send artists you think need some exposure to calpain@equestriadaily.com. Please also include a short biography I can work with as well as what medium you work in most.
What sort of artists count? Suggestions should follow these criteria:
- No clop or extensive gore galleries as those typically violate our content guidelines. If the artist has a safe for work gallery separate from their not safe for work stuff they or their fans can submit the safe for work gallery. If there is a mix of SFW/NSFW on a gallery the decision whether or not to include them will be judged on a gallery to gallery basis.
- Don't be afraid to spotlight yourself as well as others!
- Artists of all types accepted -vector, OC, traditional, digital. As long as it is pony and of quality it has a chance of being spotlit.
Now on to the artists!

Fralininin
We've got a treat for you guys with our first artist here today! While most artists stick to just one style of pony Fralininin goes all out by not only dabbling into pony and anthro, but humanzied as well! His style is soft and warm, lacking any sharp edges which gives his works a lovely charm to them and almost hand painted feel. If you like some variety in your pony, make sure to check him out!

Sketchywolf-13
As always I am a big fan of traditional artwork so I'm really pleased to introduce our next artist in the spotlight. Sketchy is a strict traditional artist, but what sets him apart from the rest is the type of artwork he does. Usually full of detail, his artwork typically consists of ponies, cars, and Fink renditions of characters, things you don't see too often nowadays. If you're looking for something different check Sketchy out! Some sketchy stuff in his gallery so be warned!

awsdeMLP
While our next artist's name is a bit odd there is certainly nothing odd with their artwork! Awsde specializes in digital artwork, but uses it to great effect demonstrating not only cute pieces, but epic ones as well. Not only that, awsde is skilled at backgrounds and is quite skilled when it comes to drawing clothing on ponies, which can be a challenge if you're not familiar with the MLP form.

Ukulilia
Last but certainly not least is Ukulilia, an artist that combines both traditional and digital art in her portfolio of pony pieces. While focusing on mainly traditional artwork, she has slowly expanded into digital work and shows some great promise! Her expertise with traditional media is so fine that several times when I would view a thumbnail of her work I was taken by surprise to discover it was actually traditional in the full view. Combining beautiful detail with excellent use of color and lighting you would be remiss to ignore this wonderful artist.
