Spacelab9 has dropped a press release detailing these two vinyl records that popped up a few days ago. Some of the major points include:
- Hitting Stores on the 16th of this month, with online sales opening on the 30th
- Hot Topic has exclusivity on them.
- Celestia version on the left, Luna version on the right.
- Both albums contain the same 12 tracks, including The Gala Song, Love is in Bloom, and Becoming Popular (Promising the "best of" fan favorites).
- (Update: Looks like each one comes with an exclusive bonus track per Cele/Luna, my bad!)

MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC MAKES IT’S VINYL DEBUT
September 15th, 2014 –SPACELAB9, in partnership with HASBRO STUDIOS are proud to announce the release of the MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC Picture Disc LP, available exclusively at Hot Topic stores beginning September 16th and via HotTopic.com beginning September 30th, while supplies last.
The MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC Picture Disc LP will be made available in two different variants including a “Princess Celestia” edition as well as a “Princess Luna” edition. Although the core twelve tracks of the album remain the same on both, each version includes two exclusive bonus tracks and completely unique artwork.
