EG dolls have had mixed reactions from our fandom ever since they popped up. It's no secret not a lot of us are into the idea of collecting them, but they do seem to be changing over time based on fan feedback. For those of you that do vaccuum them up, we have a new line coming also found in that magazine from earlier.
As for when and where they will arrive, that remains to be seen. They could even be set to specifically target Brazilian markets. I'm sure we will find out more as Hasbro reveals it in the near future.
