Purdue Bronies at the Get Involved Fair - August 23, 2014
On August 23rd, at the university’s annual Get Involved Fair, which is an annual event at the beginning of every school year to promote different student organizations and to get people interested and involved in those organizations, the Purdue Bronies banded together to welcome new faces into its herd. For the two hottest afternoon hours, we were part of several hundred student organizations that had a spot in the Stadium Mall to reach out to the incoming freshmen to the University and our group. Overall, with the aid of our outstanding banner, and some very colorful plushies (not pictured), the event was a success as we had about 26 people interested in joining, and we will be contacting them in the near future.
