The preview pages were released a few days ago, and now we have the actual book popping up for official release. As was clearified by Mike Vogel on Twitter a few days ago, this is actually a prequel to the movie, similiar to the teasers they are releasing over time leading up to it, and sort of a seperate project entirely. If you want to dive in anyway, you get pick it up on Amazon or iTunes.
