Hello, everybody! I am putting together a reading of the book "Pinkie Pie and the Rockin' Ponypalooza Party" by G.M. Barrow and need some voice actors and actresses! All I ask of the people who audition is that they have a decent quality mic, and if chosen, can get the lines to me at a reasonable speed. This will be done and uploaded by chapters, which should make it easy for the narrator who has the most lines. There are several characters both male and female available for audition. My Little Anti-Bullying Project
We're SICK of seeing stories about kids getting bullied for their love of My Little Pony! First there were stories brought to our attention by documentaries, about kids getting windshields smashed in, or getting harassed in stores, because they had the audacity to display some kind of MLP merchendise. Then we all heard the tragic story of Michael Morones, who attempted to take his own life after long-term bullying at school. And now, in a misguided attempt to curb bullying, schools are going after the victims, like Grayson Bruce, and telling them not to bring their MLP themed items to school.
I think bronies can do more to help than just donate money and toys. There is so much talent, energy, and passion in this community, and we should be doing more to set an example for the youngest in the herd. I'm starting a project aimed at bringing bronies together to help stop bullying and raise awareness. The main goal will be to put together assembly-style presentations to bring to schools, but our impact can reach way beyond that.
We're still in the brainstorming phase, so now is a great time to get involved! Come help make a difference with an issue that has impacted us all.
