Continuing on with the trend of coloring the base pony models in just about everything, another new one has popped up from the wide world of the internets. Elisa sent these two in, which appear to match, at least in costume. Nothing else is known about them as of yet other than the usual Taobao appearance. It could be a future toyset, or just a bored person glittering ponies. Only time will tell! -
Once again, I bring you all a toy review in the collectors series mini figure line-up. The Elements of Harmony Friends set actually took me a while to track down. Both Target and Toys R' Us carry it, yet their stock is usually incredibly low (at least in Arizona). This wasn't too surprising considering the earlier sets shipped with literally just two of each.
Anyway, with a little luck I was finally able to track one down at a random Target store out here. So lets get to reviewin!

For those that haven't been following Journey of the Spark, It's another one of those epic new animations on it's way from the team over here. "On Our Way" is an original song dedicated to it from a team of excellent mane six impersonators collaborating with Forest Rain and Jeff Burgess. I've been told a few times that I get overly hyped about things, but if the animation is anywhere near this song in quality, it's going to rock.
Head on down below the break to check it out!

BronyStudy 2013 Results and New Study
by Calpain
Ah, ponies and science! Certainly the best mixture around, well, second best if I include socks. The BronyStudy has been hard at work taking the data gathered from those of you who participated in their recent surveys and they were pleased to announce their results at BronyCon last weekend! Not only that they are launching a new study which you can find out the details for below:
"Thank you to all of the Bronies who attended our two Baltimore BronyCon panels. We are happy to report that a summary of the results for the two studies are now posted on our website at www.Bronystudy.com for your review. We suspect that these results will contribute to a discussion within the Brony community about why people leave the fandom and why some non-fans may never understand or accept the fandom. We are also happy to announce that we have launched our long awaited Longitudinal Brony Fan Study. This study will ultimately allow us to address questions about the growth and development of the fandom. Go to our website for further information. We hope you will consider joining our continuing effort to understand the herd and educate non-fans about the Brony community."
Here is a link to the survey mentioned as well as the study results!

I wonder if Equestrian villains will ever team up like every other show does at some point? I guess we will find out some time after November!
Onward to more art. Get it below.

How many times is the world "Apple" used in three seasons of MLP? Do horses really eat this many apples? Or is this some sort of stereotype? If we keep this up, we are going to have activists bangin on doors and modifying media, followed by giant companies adding carrots and peaches just to look like they are "up with the times"!
Anyway, go get some apples below the break!

You might have noticed over the years that Equestria Daily has operated that we tend to post a lot of news. It's not our fault, there's just a lot going on in this fandom. Wouldn't it be nice if someone took the time each week to select some exceptionally juicy stories and summarized them, presenting them later in a video format?
Aw yiss.
Welcome to a (hopefully) weekly segment on Equestria Daily where I (Cereal Velocity, for those who still call me Seth in the comments) pick a (not necessarily all-encompassing) set of stories to highlight for you every Saturday. It's short, sweet, and to the point. I hope you guys like it, and if you'd like this to continue, let us know in the comments.
Hit the break to catch today's show.

One thing that has bounced around the EQD skype chats for a good year and a half now is the topic of Cosplay. We get a ton of submissions for everything else each day, and a good amount of them don't end up making it on the blog for various reasons. Because of this, we have almost completely avoided posting cosplay of any kind since the start. Sending a song or piece of art to the moon is one thing, but it's a whole nother animal when you are actually rejecting a person dressed up.
But at the same time, Cosplay can be epic, and we see so much of it that we really do want to post!
So I'm here asking the masses out there for suggestions! How would you like EQD to handle cosplay? Should we simply hunt for it and post the cool ones on our own? Or should we open up submissions for all of you to bombard the inbox with? Hit the comments below with your two cents, or just discuss pony cosplay in general!
(Sorry to the Twitter people that expected this two days ago. I completely forgot! I blame Buttons Mom. )

We start with a new one filled with an excellent use of black and white to contrast the action, followed by another dubsteppy custom effect PMV in the second slot, and in the 3rd is a repeat. It looks like I derped an earlier post and ended up with a different PMV Embedded. A lot of you discovered it in the comments, but for those that didn't it's not one to miss!
Get them all below.
1.) [PMV] Ponies on the Silver Screen
2.) Face to Face (DJ Pon-3) [PMV]
3.) Night n' Day [PMV] (Repeated due to Derp!)
