Pinkie and Lyra Funko Figures heading to Hot Topic, Trixie on the List

As was rumored a while back, Pinkie and Lyra will be the next two ponies available at Hot Topic from Funko, confirmed over on their Twitter page.

And in other news,  Trixie is on the list of future releases.  Lets hope she has her hat and cape!

Comifolios from IDW

It looks like IDW is rolling with a few special edition Comifolios. Included in these, you will find a limited-edition lithograph, a die-cut hardcover portfolio, and the Twilight Sparkle or Rainbow Dash comics depending on which one you buy. They are only going to be printing 500 of each, so I guess if you are one of those collectors who has to have them all, you might want to pick them up.

Japanese Ending Theme for MLP Announced

The japanese ending theme for MLP has been announced.  It's a song that has been on Youtube for a few days, with the title "Kataomoi no Karaage" If you want to sample it,  find it below the break!

The opening theme will probably pop up in a few days here.  The title of that one was announced a while back, "Mirai Start" (Future Start).

Wouldn't it be hilarious to see pony completely take over Japanese pop culture?   It has the look, but can it handle the overly cute competition?
