A few days ago, Meghan McCarthy ran a Twitter takeover on The Hub's page. One of the big reveals I keep seeing pop up everywhere was the note up above. One of our fanon ponies is about to get a whole bunch of love.
A lot of people are assuming Vinyl Scratch, while others are guessing at a giant Doctor filled conspiracy. With the added clause of a pony being "named" though, it does sort of throw a wrench in the idea. A good majority of our fan favorites have been labeled via the merchandise that has released over the last two years. Of course, this doesn't immediately seal their show name canon fate, but it's something to consider.
So, who do you think it will be? Who do you want it to be? Remember, background and fan favorite covers hundreds of characters at this point. The possibilities are pretty much endless.
