The folks at GalaCon have some exciting news to share with our European fans! Panini Comics is raffling off not only some of the normal edition copies of the MLP:FiM Anthology #1, but some basic variants and even one very special edition to one lucky winner! Check out all the details in the press release after the break.
Hello dearest friends of colourful equines,
its been a long while since you read something from us. We are sorry, that we were not able to share news with you much earlier, but we are busy preparing everything for the big announcement of our 2014 convention.
Nevertheless, you not only can enjoy this weekend in Paris at our friends BronyDays meeting some of our staff and Mr. Larson, but also get exclusive covers of the My Little Pony comic anthology #1 at the Comic Action in Essen.
The Anthology contains the complete "Return of Queen Crysalis" story arc and the variant covers are pretty rare. The basic variant is limited to 333 issues and the special sparkling hardcover edition to only 55 issues and only avaiable at Panini's booth in Hall 2 2-C-150.
Did we say only at Comic Action? Well, Panini was so kind to share 20 normal comic issues, five of the basic variant and even one of the special edition with us - the variants are marked as special copies (not for resale). So: 26 comics in total to win by you! All you must do is just send an e-mail with the subject "Panini Ponies" to "info(at)galacon( dot)eu" with the answer to following question:
What is Panini's Twitter account?
At November 1st we will close the raffle and pick and contact 26 lucky winners who will each receive one copy of the anthology. We await your e-mails.
Your GalaCon staff
Note: Employees and family members of Panini Verlags GmbH, the GalaCon staff, Hasbro Deutschland GmbH and Idea and Design Works, LLC are excluded from the competition. The winners will be asked by e-mail for a post address. If a winner not answers within 48 hours the next person in line gets his/her chance to win. The comics will be in German and shipped from Stuttgart, Germany. Winners outside of Germany or the European Union might need to wait for four or more weeks to receive their prize. All decisions are final.
