Alicorn all the ponies? A deadly premonition of the future? Only time will tell! That Fluttershy toy from China totally has a horn though. She's also pretty huge, clocking in at 22 centimeters tall. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a new unrelated toyline, though it could just be a prototype.
