We don't have a whole lot of live action stuff 'round these parts, but these guys flexed their editing muscles and have released part one of a five part Lunar Republic live action movie. Have a description:
1000 years before the Mane Six, 1000 years before Luna's escape, there was a rebellion. A movement to end the tyrant Celestia's rule. Many would say that this never happened, that Luna was a traitor as were all of her followers. But history is written by the victors.So far, it seems like they have a pretty solid setup going. Some of the acting is a little off, but that isn't a rarity in the pony fandom, and some of it is actually really well done! Overall it's worth a look if you are in the mood for something new.
