This is certainly how I feel most night nowadays. I really can't wait for classes to be over for the semester and for the summer break to finally kick in. Then it will finally be nothing but research and pony, the best combination! Well, as long as it isn't research performed ON ponies that is.

Winter Wrap Up - Frankfurt

After last year’s Winter Wrap Up meetup, many bronies were looking forward for the second edition that took place on Saturday and Sunday, March 23+24 2013. Almost 100 bronies from many countries in Europe herded together near Flankfurt/Mane.
Everybrony brought their special talents to good use, from organizing over entertaining to cooking and cleaning. By helping together we mastered all the challenges and did almost as well as the ponies in the respective episode. Although the wrapping-up didn’t work too well for our weather, we had so much fun fun fun fun fun fun. Yet another thrilling experience was the bunker tour that our hosts offered. The evening was celebrated in the cellar bar with Great music and Powerful entertainment. We organized a raffle as well, thanks again to everybrony who contributed to it and made many bronies happy with the great prizes. And of course we wrapped up winter with the wonderful song to the tune of our bagpipe player.
The local crew survived the bronie hurricane very well and was pleased with the friendly and polite guests. They even invited us to come again. So, we are definitely looking forward for the third edition of Winter Wrap Up next year.
