Yeah, I know I used a voting picture for a survey, close enough! After all, you are being counted so it's pretty much the same thing, right? Anyhow the Brony Census is coming to a close in roughly a week and they'd like to remind you all to make your voice heard so we can get a better idea about the demographics of the fandom. Check after the break for the link and the brief official blurb from them!
Hey folks, just a reminder that the 2013 Brony Herd Census will close on February 15th at midnight Eastern time. If you haven't participated yet, we've had over 14,000 valid responses this year, and we'd love to hit 18,000 (double last year's results.) If you have 10 minutes to spare and have yet to take the census, please pop on over to http://www.herdcensus.com/
The preliminary report will come out the weekend of Las Pegasus Unicon, following a talk on Friday afternoon entitled "The 2013 Herd Census: A First Look." This year, the data will be released in phases, starting with raw statistics, followed by more detailed breakdowns by factors such as gender, age, and personality over the following months. Be sure to check the census web site, or follow @coderbrony on Twitter to be notified of new reports. If you follow us on Twitter, you'll also get semi-periodic amusing statistics plucked from the data (for example, do you know that female bronies pick Pinkie Pie as their favorite character much more often than male bronies do, while males choose Twilight Sparkle much more than females.)
