EQD Gets a ton of music, and we want to give everyone a shot. Many of you aren't even sure on how the review process works for music, which isn't too surprising since it changes almost monthly! We are trying something new out for stuff that doesn't quite make it through.
Anyway, head on down past the break for information on it, or just go to listen to a bunch of music!

Author: GhostOfHeraclitus
Description: To Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia, it is a simple surprise visit to Canterlot. To the ponies of the Equestrian Civil Service, it is twenty-four hours of chaos, politics, weaponized dessert, politics, underhooved manipulation of media, politics, and things batrachian and tentacular. Who said bureaucracy isn't exciting?

It has been two years since Friendship is Magic aired. While not everyone has been at it since the beginning, a good amount of you have invested a lot of time in either new friendships, creating pony related stories, art, and music, or just refreshing EQD all day. Maybe a meetup group found you a close group of friends, or the Artist Training Ground here on EQD showed you a love of drawing.
But what would it be like for you if this show never released? What were you doing before pony?
Alternatively: How much time do you put into this ever-growing community?

We have a pretty huge welovefine update this time around! As many of you have already probably noticed, the Favorite Pony contest ended with Dora Lerf picking up the 3000 dollar prize for her "The Sparkly Night" design. Both WLF and us here at EQD decided to throw some questions togeather for her, interview style. Hopefully you all can glean some tips for the next big contest!
And in other news, they have added a whole lineup of new Doctor Whoof shirts, as well as a few new male size hoodies. Head on over to their My Little Pony section to grab them, with images up above!
If you want a chance at winning one, it looks like a contest is going on right now at their twitter page:

Head on down past the break for the full Lora Derf Q&A!

The above picture has a lot of stuff in it. It's hard to miss the giant print of the super awesome amazing Pixelkitties' Skyrim comic (now signed by the Bethesda staff!), but scattered around are some amazing New Vegas posters, an authentic bottle of Nuka Cola, a dev-exclusive Brotherhood of Steel figurine, and even a Vault-Tec Pixelkitties blindbag custom. One hundred percent of the things seen here were given to her by the folks at Bethesda Softworks as thanks for some of her comics and images.
Bronies are everywhere, and video game companies happen to be a part of 'everywhere', but it's still incredible to see the kinds of awesome things and reaching out that can happen when people with good hearts and open minds connect, and we should totally give Bethesda a huge collective pat on the back and bro hoof for their super cool attitude. Although we need to note, this is NOT an indication of any official endorsement of ponies by Bethesda. It's just nice people doing nice things. Here's the story in Pixelkitties' own words:
I received an email from Bethesda Softworks about five months ago, fully expecting it to be some manner of "cease and desist" for all my silly Fallout parodies. Instead it was from an employee at the company who was a big fan of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and, for some reason, my art. He was planning to attend Canterlot Gardens and wanted to know if I would be willing to accept impossible-to-get Fallout swag in exchange for a break on prices for a huge order of stuff for himself and the other pony fans around the office.
Being a huge geek concerning everything related to Fallout and Skyrim I happily agreed! My friend (Rhiss on DeviantArt) and the folks at Bethesda ordered a ton of the Fallout-themed posters, soda bottles, and requested a special, large version of the Bound By Derp comic. Over the next couple months Rhiss and I became fast friends. When the convention rolled around he came by my table with all the Fallout goodies in the pic.
Just yesterday I received a package from FedEx. Inside was one of the comic posters he asked for except now it was signed by every member of of the development team! Cue several hours of freaking out and running around holding it over my head and making whooping noises. =D
I would be happy to share the bottle of Nuka Cola, except it quite literally is a relic! Bethesda ordered a bunch of them in 2008 for the release of Fallout 3, so whatever is in there now is probably flat as a pancake and unfit for human consumption! -
Happy 2 Years edition! See all those ponies up there? They represent the awesome crew that essentially made this whole fandom possible.
Onward to the art!

A hacker going by the name of "Pinkie Pie" who previosuly won a massive 60,000 dollar award for hacking into Google Chrome during their Pwn2Own contest has done it once again! Pinkie will be taking home another chunk of change, and hopefully Chrome will be more secure because of it.
Head on over to threatpost for all the nitty gritty technical details.

Aww, shes so happy to be included! Derpy will be making an appearance at the New York Comic Con in the next few days. When you purchase a Derpy poster, she will be included along with it. Not only that, but Rainbow Dash is returning as well for those that missed her at the last convention.
A lot of you have expressed confusion at these cards and their availability. Below the break, Enterplay has given us a chart that lists each card and how to get it. Some of the standouts include an Octavia near the end of the year with the purchase of the collectors box, and more chances at getting all the other cards.
(Note: Special pony is Derpy)
Anyway, check it out after the break!

A few days ago, Pixelkitties tossed up a headline on her Twitter page announcing the discovery of the new miniature collection sets at a local Toys R' Us store. Since then, numerous people have found them at both TRU and Target.
If you are lazy like me, and don't feel like driving down there, Kenny has sent over the UPC's for you to give the employees over the phone. These should let them search it up on their little Telzon pads.

Daily Dot Reporter Lauren Orsini decided to ring Walmart up about the "bronies" shirt we posted a few days ago. Apparently they weren't trolling, aren't haters, and were genuinely just clueless on what exactly we liked. Head on over to the article to read up on it! -
