Bristol Bronies Meet
Last night saw yet another weekly meet from the Bristol Bronies, the UK's most Bristolian Brony group. Despite the illness and absence of our dear leader, deputies were appointed and the meet carried on as planned. After admiring a wondrous new concrete barge, we raided a toy shop for pony merch then headed off to a variety of place to secure food for hungry bronies – KFC for Scootastic chicken, a German market for lovely warm sausages and Subway for our veggie friends. This was then followed by a visit to various tech shops for geeking out before going our separate ways after a group photo. A group of us walked to the train station together, listening to and singing along to pony music to lift our spirits and drive away those dark winter blues. It was a harmonious end to what had been an otherwise indubitably busy and chaotic, but fun, meet. Roll on next week!

MLP Comic Signing Event by Andy Price

My local comic book store (located in Madison, Alabama) will be hosting 2 signings by Andy Price, artist for the new My Little Pony series!
That's right: not just one, but TWO events!
The first will be on November 28th, 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., the day My Little Pony #1 comes out! Andy Price will be in attendance to sign your fresh-off-the-presses copy of the comic! The second, on December 15th, 12:00 to 6:00 p.m., will be our "Pony Party" and feature a costume contest and children's activities! Bronies, ponies, fillies and foals are all invited!
