The one danger I've discovered now that I teach is that you get exposed to all sorts of diseases. Yep, Calpain is feeling a little under the weather tonight from some sort of bug. Hopefully it'll be short, much like tonight's Roundup. Check it all out after the break!

Awhile back we told you all about an upcoming 48hr game jam where the challenge was to create a game from scratch in just 48hrs! Well, those guys now have a date for the event and the clock is ticking! Check out what they have to say below.

Colorado Bronies at Denver Anime Convention

This last week end from September 14th through the 16th, the anime convention in Denver, Colorado held at the Marriott in the Denver Tech Center, had it's sweet sixteen anniversary of the con. Not only did it receive record numbers that were in the ball park of 14,000 people, but it also received an incredible turn out of our favorite people, the Bronies.
A meet up had been scheduled on Coloradobronies.org (Our Bass of Operations) for all Bronies that were going to be attending NDK. Needless to say, hundreds swarmed the Convention and the Brony merchandize was the first to sell out of (naturally the Derpy badge selling out the first day). Most Bronies came decked out in full costume. From casual Cos-Play to professional level, Bronies showed up for the photo-shoot psyched and ready to bask in the fandom.
I took it a step further than anyone else. Rather than just come in a costume, I showed up not only dressed as my favorite pony Vinyl Scratch, but I showed up with a fully functional Bass Cannon. That's right! My costume may have been rather Noob-level, but that Bass Cannon worked. So when 9pm on the Saturday rolled around, I DJ'd the Pony Rave that was on the Fan Organized Events sheet and got shut down one hour and a half later for breaking noise ordinance at 10:30. Still, this Bass Cannon blasted all of the best Brony music, the god of chaos, and even Gangnam Style. The Bass Cannon is now IRL.
