BRONY-FEST CONVENTION ANNOUNCED FOR MARCH 2013 IN DFW, TEXAS
Dallas Area’s First Three Day MLP Fan Event
Brony-Fest; the first 3 day brony convention in the Dallas area of Texas is planned for March of 2013.
Brony-Fest will feature vendor/artist booths, panels, gaming, masquerade, dance with well known Texas DJs, and more! The event is going to host guest celebrities from MLP as well as some guests from the fandom community.
Brony-Fest is organized by the members of the DFW area brony fan club the Rowdy Rough Bronies.

A Timeless Adventure - Galacon Press Note #2
Dear loyal subjects,
even though our staff is battling insomnia while preparing the new homepage and negotiating important deals, there’s at least one presentable fact right now: The dates for 2013!
GalaCon will return for its second round in the metropolian area of Stuttgart on August 3rd and August 4th, 2013.
Also we are still open for suggestions for the new homepage. The page is set to launch in Mid-October. While the website is under construction, you can always add your fanworks of Canni, her friends and the convention at: http://galacon.deviantart.com
And that’s all for now, folks! We apologize that we have to cut this short, but there’s lots of stuff cooking behind the scenes and we don’t want it to burn!

Silly Filly Con Update
Thanks everypony who showed up to make Silly Filly Con 2012 a huge success. Everypony had a great time. If you attended the convention we would like to hear from you. We will be updating the website and reviling our plans for next year soon, please stay tuned.
Bronycon OC Contest Comes to a Close
Well, we've been pushing and plugging it for weeks. We've been throwing the hype stick at it as much as we can. Heck, we've even been having a running countdown to it over on our twitter (http://www.twitter.com/bronycon). And it's finally ready. You, the fandom have spoken, and selected your favorite, and now we're ready to reveal it.
We here at BronyCon are pleased to announce that our Mascots will be Hoof Beatz, Mane Event, and Blank Canvas; pictured above! It really was a close race, at one point, actually being down to a thirty vote margin. That's part of what's made this voting contest so fantastic was just how heated things have been.
So everyone, give SophieCabra your congratulations for a job well done; and welcome Hoof Beatz, Mane Event, and Blank Canvas to the Pony Convention community! You're going to be seeing quite a lot of them in the future.
