    Story: Spyra (Update Part 5!)

    Description: For the past few years, Lyra has been keeping a close watch on Twilight Sparkle under the orders of Princess Celestia. Her mission: to ensure the princess's protege is emotionally stable and fit to be the leader of the Elements of Harmony.
    Now Twilight has proven herself with the defeat of Discord, Lyra's mission is complete. She can finally drop her assumed identity of Heartstrings and resume her past life in Canterlot.
    Or so she thought.
    The princess has one final task for her, one that will uncover a conspiracy that could put the whole of Equestria under threat.
    Lyra's new mission: to take down the rogue agent known as Golden Harvest.

      I'd recommend near death experience. The comedy most certainly cancels out any grimdark and a few times I went dawwww.

      But "that's just like, my opinion, man" and to be completely fair, I haven't read any of the others I have wanted to read spyra for a while but I am having trouble getting a lot of free time.

      Hmm... glad to see more updates for Substitute Harmony. I've been eying that story for a while, the set up sounds like fun and I've heard quite a bit of praise for it, plus who can say no to that smug Trixe. Unfortunately my arbitrary limit on the number of incomplete fics I'm willing to track is maxed, so it will just have to wait.

      Substitute Harmony is hilarious if you can dig the ridiculous treatment of the pie sisters. It has some slow spots, but besides that it is a quick read.

      @Witcher There are some chapters I was never quite satisfied with, but needed to do for plot development. Always open to suggestions on that end, even about long finished chapters :p
      And yes, the Pie sisters are ridiculous :p They are roughly based on how they are roleplayed at a mush game I attend, Equestria Dawn. Actually, Surprise is roughly based on that too, it's a crazy place.

      @The Seventh Wonderbolt Feel free to bug me with any opinions on it :p

      @62835fdc-3fb1-11e1-9fc6-000bcdcb2996 Yeah that is so completely understandable; sorry about the length of time on that last chapter. Thankfully, the next one is done and just being edited, and the final one is half-done, so shouldn't be too much longer. Maybe just a epilogue after that, but the actual story will wrap up in chapter 15.
      I question whether I will be able to bring myself to do a multi-chapter fic again :p

      @MikeTheWeatherPony Dark comedy is best comedy.
