It sounds like we may see a MLP Crossover in an upcoming Aquabats episode according to The Hub TV Network's Twitter page. I am not sure if it is specifically the next episode airing this Saturday, or an episode "some time in the future", but I'm sure you will all have a blast looking for it!
Considering it airs this Saturday at 8:00 AM Pacific, it might be a fun one to try out while waiting for Friendship is Magic to start airing again!

Sounds awesome!
ReplyDeletehmm i never heard of that show but hey i dont have the Hub so...
ReplyDeleteUmmm yay?
ReplyDeleteFluttershy: Yay?
ReplyDeleteMe: No way, that was my reaction too!
Gives me an excuse to try this show. Challenge accepted.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of the show but okay.
ReplyDeleteSUPER RAD!
ReplyDelete... Is the hub actually that one channel where every show has to have 50% of the participants be puppets if it isn't a cartoon? Because that image is pretty frickin' ridiculous. XD Is this how all the Hub shows are outside My little pony and transformers? XD
ReplyDeleteuhh....am I supposed to be happy or am I supposed to be confused?
ReplyDeleteNever heard of the show, but I may give it a shot on Saturday 8:00 am, but I'm still skeptical of this though....
Well if my Directv gets fixed by Saturday I'll watch it, otherwise I'll just wait until 1 to watch the glorious return of our goddess Fluttershy
ReplyDeleteI seriously love the Aquabats, and I know there's at least a good handful of existing bronies that are also fellow Aquabat cadets.
ReplyDeleteGive 'em a chance, fellow bronies! And you GOTTA see them in concert: They've got full-on battles on-stage!
>add ponies to other shows.
ReplyDelete>Hub just gave us a reason to tune in other than at 1pm and 8am every weekday.
CROSSOVER ALL THE THINGS
ReplyDeleteHmm. . . a cross over you say? In the words of Bart Simpson, "Uh oh, I smell another lame TV cross-over".
ReplyDeleteTo be fair, maybe it's just a nod to us, or it is some kind of cross over and it might be good. I don't know, but I won't see it (don't have the Hub.)
I finally get to sleep in a little before pony so they put pony on an earlier airing show? Grand!
ReplyDeleteI'll catch it on YouTube.
and i already call its pinkie pie breaking the 4th wall.
ReplyDeleteDamn it, now I'm going to actually have to watch that show for ponies, uuugh.

ReplyDeleteI kind of have something to squeeze in before MLP airs. And that's if it airs this Saturday to begin with. Hopefully this will show up on YouTube after it does air.
ReplyDeleteIt's gonna be a great show you guys! Super rad!
ReplyDelete@Nymo
ReplyDeleteSo is it like Yo Gabba Gabba or the Wiggles only for an older audience
YES. I'm super excited for the Aquabats show, so I'm glad to see this. Maybe this will open up the possibility of more Hub crossovers in the future? The idea of G.I Joe with ponies is infinitely appealing to me, and might cause me to pass out from masturbating too hard at the thought of it.
ReplyDelete@CaptainDash
ReplyDeleteI concur.
man, I wish I never to see that show but if it for MLP then I have to.
ReplyDeleteEvery show should spotlight ponies
ReplyDelete@NoMoreSanity
ReplyDeleteThe end of your comment was disturbing, but this is relevant.
That show gave me cancer
ReplyDelete@MyBoyJ
ReplyDeleteI CAN'T. STOP. CUMMING.
I only doing this for MLP:FIM but when it done I never going to see that Aquabats again.
ReplyDeleteIt would totally join a stream if they were streaming other HUB shows, especially with ponies involved.
ReplyDeleteI thought it said "Scootaloo finally gets something."
ReplyDeleteNow I'm sad.
Considering MLP is pretty much the only thing HUB has going for them every ep of everyshow they have should be a crossover....actually Dan VS FiM would yeah that would be awesome.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NXrAreJyy8 Their sneak preview episode from long back had a unicorn that happened to be evil.
ReplyDeleteWow, the amount of bronies that don't watch the Hub outside of ponies is really discouraging...was already gonna give this a shot.

ReplyDeleteToo bad I'll be missing the next 2 episodes of MLP, including everything before them, due to tests. ;n;
ReplyDelete2012 the year of epic crossovers
ReplyDelete2012 the year of epic crossovers
ReplyDelete@Streek471 Dan Vs., Transformers Prime, Family Game Night, sometimes RL Stine's The Haunting Hour (believe or not, I think Michelle Creber (Apple Bloom) was in an episode, and I do watch some of the older shows that air. So, yeah, some only watch The Hub for FIM, I'm happy to say I'm not one of them.
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that one of them is either going to be playing with G4 toys and or watching the show in a minor sequence.
ReplyDeleteI freaking love the Aquabats. This is the one thing that could possibly have made me even more excited for this.
ReplyDeleteGuys, go listen to the epicness that is "Giant Robot Birdhead," "Fashion Zombies," or "Luck Dragon Lady," then realize this is going to be AWESOME.
Was tempted to try before. Now I have this, MLP, Dan Vs, and Transformers Prime to watch :P Keep em coming guys!
ReplyDelete@Kadreal
ReplyDeleteThat sneak peek made me think of the short lived "Clerks" cartoon show.
The Aquabats rock!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for this series, I've waited years for this!
Perhaps, Rainbow Dash shows up, and gives them brohoofs?
ReplyDelete...Eh, I got nothing. I guess I'll just HAVE to tune in...
I enjoy the Aquabats and MLP. For me this is a win/win.
ReplyDeleteWill the Mysterious Mare Do Well decide that Ponyville is not enough of a challenge for her?
ReplyDeleteWhat really surprises me is that Travis Barker used to be their drummer.
ReplyDeleteAquabats with their own TV show? Well buck me, just when I thought I could sleep in on Saturdays.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmm...
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite bands combined with one of my favorite TV shows?
*insert Bison Yes here*
The Aquabats show has been a long time coming. Definitely looking forward to what they have in store for us.
ReplyDelete11AM EST?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah. I'm going to wake up on time for that....
didn't they have ( don't know if they still do) Where on earth is carman sandiago? (cartoon?) Cause I would still watch that. I wish I had the hub. Got just a tase of it before comcast gave us all the digi boxes.....NOt sure how.
ReplyDeleteDan vs, MLP, and now the Aquabats show that the hub is serious in providing entertainment for all ages. Give the Aquabats a chance, because not only are they an actually really good band, but they are such a wonderful personality and idea. It's all great fun.
ReplyDeleteI've only seen a few episodes of the Aquabats but it's a decently funny show and the music is really good. I'm looking forward to seeing this.
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess we're finally going to see the conclusion to the original pilot. It's still on YouTube if you want to look it up.
ReplyDelete@Derpestia
ReplyDeleteI know the commercials with Dan and Pinkie Pie suggests that a crossover of the two shows would be great
I'll do it.
ReplyDeleteWill bronystate be streaming?
ReplyDeleteClearly a ploy to get us to watch their other shows.
ReplyDeleteAnd it will work.
Well played, Hub.
@Justin
ReplyDeleteActually, the frontman of The Aquabats is the co-CREATOR of Yo Gabba Gabba, so there you go.
Holy crap, the Aquabats still exist?
ReplyDeleteI was looking forward to the new Aquabats show BEFORE this bit about MLP in it was known. As you'd imagine I'm even more looking forward to it now.
ReplyDeleteI've been curious about the Aquabats, I dig their style and I like Ska so I guess I'll give them a shot
ReplyDeleteThe Aquabats and ponies
ReplyDeleteAW SHIT SON, ITS ABOUT TO GO OFF
I love crossovers. An awesome crossover that might never happen would be a MLP and Doctor Who crossover. Especially if they had David Tennant or Matt Smith to voice Doctor Whooves.

ReplyDeleteOutside of ponies, the only thing that interests me from the Hub is Dan Vs.
ReplyDeleteThough I'm willing to record this Aquabats episode. That guy's mustache commands me to!
@Kafei
ReplyDeleteHuh sounds interesting if anything Friendship is Magic has taught me not to judge a show by its cover so one episode won't kill me
Crossover? So does that mean we are closer to seeing a Dan Vs Ponies? (Specifically Pinkie Pie)
ReplyDeleteoh yes we see Derpy show up in the Aquabats show as they point at her call her retard and beat her eyes normal.
ReplyDeleteGuys, guys, it's totally going to end up being that some of the Aquatbats...whoever they are...are pony fans! It's totally going to be a whole brony shoutoutfest!
ReplyDeleteAquabats kicks ass...like power rangers meets weird al meets reel big fish.

ReplyDeleteSweet i'm going to be at my buddy zach's this weekend to watch it, oh and also the aquabats wear vans skateboard shoes which is what i wear too, they're comfy.
ReplyDelete@One Radical Dude
ReplyDeleteIS IT JUST ME OR DOES THAT LOOK LIKE FAUST'S CHARACTER!?!?!?

ReplyDeleteI bet it's better then the dumb Seth McFarland autistic black libral comedy, The Aqua Bats looks kick-ass
ReplyDeleteDid any of you see the pilot for the show that they revealed a couple years ago? Here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NXrAreJyy8
ReplyDeleteI imagine the "crossover" is the evil white unicorn princess thing that they had in the pilot. Of course, this pilot was made years ago, so odds are things have changed, but I'm guessing it's something like that.
Yes! So much win! Please tell me someone is streaming it! Please!
ReplyDeleteROFL! Oh man I've never heard of these guys before! I got to watch this! I see a bright Saturday coming this way! XD
ReplyDeleteThere needs to be a PMV set to Luck Dragon Lady!. If only I had the appropriate software....
ReplyDeleteFrom everything I've seen about this show, it looks... interesting. I might just check it out for the lulz.
ReplyDeleteBrohoof for all the Aquacadet Bronies out there!
ReplyDeleteI don't know that there's much they could do to make this more awesome.
I just read up on it, and it actually doesn't sound too bad; sorta like 60's batman.
ReplyDeleteIf he was in a band
ReplyDeleteSo when people said the usual, "Moar ponies" in reply to the HUB's Facebook wallpost-THEY ACTUALLY LISTENED?!
ReplyDeleteNeeds to be livestreamed
ReplyDeleteNever heard of the show and I don't have the Hub. I'll probably check it out if Sethisto posts a Youtube link to the relevant scene.
ReplyDeleteHurry and watch it, before it's censored. I have ZERO trust for Hasbro anymore.
ReplyDeleteDidn't I see these guys on Yo Gabba Gabba once? I have a niece who watches... WHAT I don't watch it on my own...... SHUT UP!!!!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, Hasbro's bein' clever. They know what the Hub's fanbase consists of...
ReplyDelete@The Linker
ReplyDeleteI'll watch the clip on Youtube when it airs, not gonna give hasbro anymore f my time, or money for that matter, last season of ponies I pay for too. I will just it it for free now.
If it's the episode shown at comic-con, it'll be Queen Susan (who looks surprisingly like Lauren's alicorn avatar). It's a heckuva lot of fun.
ReplyDelete@BlueNight
ReplyDeleteYou mean this?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NXrAreJyy8
Super rad Superrad Superrad,
ReplyDeleteSUPER RAD.
The Aquawhat? Despite spending so much time on the web, I never heard of this before. Is it worth watching?
ReplyDeleteGuys, it's a brand new show based on a cult hit band. Of course you haven't heard of it. There is a pilot on youtube, which I enjoyed considerably. I suggest checking it out.
ReplyDeleteIll watch this only for the MLP reference, looks pretty bad to me
ReplyDelete@NandoSomeone needs to watch Transformers Prime
ReplyDeleteI remember the Aquabats from when I was a kid, they seemed liked a fun band but I was too music illiterate as a kid to take notice
ReplyDeleteIf I had the Hub I'd so watch this, it's a shame I don't
so w8, is there or is there not going to be an mlp episode this coming saturday?
ReplyDeleteHELL YES HELL YES HELL YES HELL YES HELL YES HELL YES
ReplyDeleteI think we're setting ourselves up - the post didn't say pony love comes in the first episode... just somewhere in the season. Which is still awesome. Giddyup.
ReplyDeleteThat's it. The Aquabats are my new favorite band. First Pink Pants with Strong Bad and now this. The amazing NEVER ends.
ReplyDelete@DCJoeDog
ReplyDeleteYo Gabba Gabba was created by the Bat Commander, and the other guys help out on the show.
I Shall watch this IF they will REALLY put an MLP Crossover =D

ReplyDeleteMy Little Pony: Ska is Magic?
ReplyDeleteRainbow Dash and Eaglebones Falconhawk would get along so well.
ReplyDeleteJust one question:
ReplyDeleteWhat's Aquabats?
It just aired.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I saw anything...
I saw nothing.
ReplyDeleteThe Shark Fighter is the greatest song ever written. Ever.
ReplyDeleteMe and my brother watched it today! We both cracked up through the whole thing. I loved when he was choosing between helping is friend or eating some chicken wings! XD Sadly I did not see anything that had to do with ponies.
ReplyDeleteFound it, it's when the colors are all swirling during the Commander's song at the beginning, Pinkie's head just randomly flys through :)Not exactly what I had hoped, but whatever
ReplyDeleteMy son loves the show, little does he know that I listened to these guys back in the early 90's when Travis Barker was their drummer. I guess punk and ska just runs in the family.
ReplyDelete
