A completely random off the wall source has told us that there is a small pony reference in The Cleveland show that airs at 7:30 PM Pacific today. He even gave us a picture for it!
Feel free to go try to find it. By small, I mean really small, so you will have to pay close attention for it (And it has nothing to do with Derpy) This was done way back when the fandom was new (That's how long these things take to create!), so it's pretty minor, but this could be fun for some of you!
Now go find us some pony!
Spoiler now after the break.
And the spoiler: The prisoner booking numbers are the mane cast's initials. Told you it was small!

Never watched the Cleaveland Show.
ReplyDeleteHELL YEAH
ReplyDeleteShame I don't much care for Seth McFarland these days.
@MyBoyJ
ReplyDelete*Cleveland. See, I watch it so little I can't even spell it.
I watched it and didn't really notice anything :/ Please post the picture for whatever it was
ReplyDelete@MyBoyJ
ReplyDeleteGood reason to start? might be my first time if i decide to try and find the ref
If ponies are referenced in a decent show, I might give more of a buck
ReplyDeleteHate The Cleveland Show
ReplyDeleteI say this as a Family Guy fan. This show sucks.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI watch this show, I'll find it my bronies
ReplyDeleteNever watched this show but I will look into this.
ReplyDeleteLol Cleveland Show, such a bad show. They got rid of King of the Hill for this crap...
ReplyDelete(facepalm)
ReplyDeleteI still won't watch that show, not even for pony.
ReplyDeleteI didn't notice anything.
ReplyDeleteCompletely random off-the-wall source?
ReplyDeleteWonder who that could be. O__o
Either way, it's Fox, right? I'm pretty sure it's Fox. Hope it's Fox, 'cause that's what my TV's on! o__o
But Walking Dead is on....
ReplyDeletePony will wait for now
Even if it's for ponies, I can't bring myself to watch that show.
ReplyDeleteWatch this just be a shameful advertisement to get us to watch this show so they can get more viewers. Also inb4 there's not actually a reference in it.
ReplyDeletecleveland show is now 20% cooler. Sorry had to be done ;P
ReplyDeleteNot even ponies can make me watch the show...I'll wait for the you tube clip
ReplyDeleteSPAM
ReplyDeleteI wonder if anyone anywhere actually likes the pile of fail known as The Cleveland Show. I know they tried to sandwich it between Simpsons and Family Guy to get someone to watch it (like the undoubtedly large boost the end of Strawberry Shortcake gets from bronies) but even that had only a minimal effect.
ReplyDeletePeople actually watch the Cleveland show or anything else still on the Fox sunday animation block?
ReplyDeleteLearn something new everyday... I'm quite sure everyone is going to skip it regardless since Walking Dead will be on.
7:30 Pacific? Did you mean to say Eastern? It was on a while ago, but I didn't see it because my parents were catching up on Survivor.
ReplyDeleteCleveland Show? ahahahahaha.
ReplyDeleteGood one guys... this is a joke right?
...Right?
It.... sucks. <_<the show has nothing on Family Guy and American Dad.
ReplyDeleteHmm... Cleveland show, small pony reference.... Most likely a toy on Cleveland Junior's shelf. If you're going to look for it, that's the best place to start.
ReplyDeleteI missed most of it, but it's probably a really really small reference. I'll wait for American Dad/Family Guy's turn.
ReplyDeleteWHATTTT??!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhy do so many people hate the Cleveland Show? I find it pretty good. Not as good as Family Guy, but it is, in my opinion, still a great show. Although, having a pony reference in it is just stupid, in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI'll wait for a good show to do a reference, thanks.
ReplyDeleteEven ponies won't make me give that show another chance. I know I should love and tolerate... but come on does anyone actually even watch the show?
ReplyDelete@wackypony and MasterofRoku
ReplyDeleteAmerican Dad is surprisingly still really good
What's with all the Clevehate? It's not a bad show.
ReplyDeleteWasn't there some rule that as soon as a meme gets referenced on Family Guy, it's officially discredited or something?
ReplyDelete... Does that extend to Family Guy spin-offs?
@Travis Smith the Shadowbolt
ReplyDeleteAmerican Dad is the only Seth MacFarlane show I watch occasionally. I don't like Family Guy at all, and I've already mentioned that I've never seen the Cleveland Show.
@Travis Smith the Shadowbolt
ReplyDeleteI never said 'American Dad' wasn't bad. In fact, it's my favorite out of all the Seth shows. I just rather would see it and Family Guy reference MLP than Cleveland Show.
@Jet2112112:
I gave the show a chance...but after the 1st season I couldn't really like it. There are barely any memorable moments in the show.
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'll tune in, but I never really like Cleveland Show. It just not my thing
ReplyDelete@Sturs: I've always hated that rule; as a longtime FG fan, I only found out about it and frankly, it's idiotic. Both FG and The Simpsons reference what happens to be popular in order to stay relevant to the masses. It's the next logical step for a meme. Also: MLP isn't a meme, it's a fan movement, so we have nothing to worry about anyhow ;P
ReplyDeleteTo anyone who already dis the Cleveland Show, shame on you. I actually live in Virginia and I find it a great show.
ReplyDeleteAs for the Brony Shout out, I didn't see it and I saw the whole episode. :(
Small references? I didn't notice Derpy in 'Friend In Deed', so I doubt I'll catch this one.
ReplyDeleteThat's why I leave this to my fellow army of bronies to find. Goid luck, people!
Seth MacFarlane just has to get his grubby mitts on everything that's related to pop culture. I knew that pony references would make it onto one of his shows at some point, but instead of looking forward to this eventuality, I've been dreading it.
ReplyDeleteOP says 7:30 Pacific because Fox has two programming times.
ReplyDeleteIf you're on the East Coast or in Central, the show came on at 7:30 Eastern and 6:30 Central; if you're on the West Coast, the show (apparently) shows at 7:30 Pacific/8:30 Mountain time (which is 3 hours after the Eastern/Central show).
The Cleveland show isn't bad, but it doesn't have anything on Family Guy back when FG was any good.
>watching anything by MacFarlane
ReplyDelete>fun
I'll wait until it comes out on youtube....link it when it does show up :D
ReplyDelete@Sturs
ReplyDelete"The Family Guy Effect"
If a meme is referenced on Family Guy, it gets a sudden burst in popularity, the starts to decay into obscurity until the meme is pretty much dead.
Of course that's only when they outright shove it in your face that they're referencing it. On Family Guy only. A small reference on Cleveland show won't hurt anything.
Besides, bronies are a subculture by this point: we are too far above "meme status" to be taken down by the FG effect.
As for the reference, I only found this post when the Clevland show was 3 minutes from ending, so I missed out. Hopefully someone can find the reference quickly.
Someone should record it when it airs for the Pacific people so then those who are Eastern and Central can actually see the episode and analyze.
ReplyDeleteCould you post an embed after it airs or at least a time stamp so we don't have to search for it forever?
ReplyDeleteJust downloaded it, because I missed it.
ReplyDeleteHere you guys go: http://www.avaxhome.ws/video/genre/comedy/tcs311_bm.html
I'm watching it now, I won't link it because of possible copyright infringements but I can say that it is alright up.
ReplyDeleteSath Macfarlaned sux
ReplyDeleteHow could something made by Seth MacFarlane take more then 2 days to make?
ReplyDeleteBleh, I can't stand either Family Guy or this. Family Guy's gotten to the point of "Cancer is funny! Ha ha! Look, spouse abuse! Woo ha ha!"
ReplyDeleteNo.
The only thing I can tolerable from Seth McFarlane anymore is American Dad, but even that wore out pretty quickly.
Seeking Help: equestriancode.blogspot.com/
youtube-video-evidence/pics or it didn't happen.
ReplyDeleteThat's me all right: ever the skeptic.
Aw man. The show was on just a half hour ago where I live and I missed it due to my terrible habit of surfing the web while watching TV. The episode had something to do with Rallo doing magic. Maybe they say something about "friendship is magic."
ReplyDeleteCan anyone post a screenshot? I missed it, and I really don't want to watch that dreck.
ReplyDeleteThe closest reference I could find in the dialogue was a reference to rallo owning a hello kitty ez-bake oven.
ReplyDeleteWatching the ep now, Will post again if I find something.
ReplyDelete@mbm pony 527
ReplyDeleteI live in Rhode Island, yet I don't care when people dis Family Guy. What's the real-world setting have to do with something being bad or good in this case?
@Bronyhub
ReplyDeleteI used to watch family guy like a non-brony (apparently), then I took life by the horns and started having important things to do. (heh, you were expecting an arrow to the knee joke, weren't you?)
>Tip that a small reference to ponies is in the show.
ReplyDelete>Massive army of pony fans tune in to look for it.
>No actual references in the show.
>Ratings go up.
Dohohohoho...
The Cleveland Show is so terrible, I wouldn't sit through a whole episode even if Tara Strong had a speaking role as Twilight Sparkle.
ReplyDeleteI would watch the isolated clip on Youtube because, hey, Twilight Sparkle.
@Travis Smith the Shadowbolt
ReplyDeleteIt's wierd; all macfarlane's cartoons have the same sitcom formula. The only thing that people develop their preferences over is the content. I could watch American Dad, Family Guy, and The Cleveland Show all in a row and think is was the same show.
But maybe that's just because I always tune out commercials and opening scenes.
@4a93714c-db1a-11e0-a4c4-000f20980440
ReplyDelete@Darkdrium
Damnit you thought of it before me and I didn't know.
Internets, y u load me at end of blog thread?!
@Darkdrium
ReplyDeleteRatings don't work like that.
Starting to feel like the source who said they would be a reference is the same source who told Tara Strong that Tom Cruise is a brony.
ReplyDeletetypo in title lmao
ReplyDelete@Stinkehund
ReplyDeleteI was of course completely serious in my post.
>The Cleveland Show
ReplyDeleteYeah, no.
I doubt there is one. But if there is one I'm sure somepony will upload it to youtube.
ReplyDelete@CaptainDash That would be Tara Strong. Because she likes to joke with us.
ReplyDeleteEven tho i hate this show,i shall watch it
ReplyDeleteYeah I'm not watching a crap show to see a reference to a better show to artificially boost the failing crap shows ratings, thanks.
ReplyDelete@Jimperator
ReplyDeleteWell Mike Henry, the voice of Cleveland Brown and his Step-son Rallo is actually from Virginia. So I'm respresnting the man great talent as a local Virginian. :D
http://watch-freeseries.eu/tv/the_cleveland_show/season/3/episode/11/brown_magic/6593
ReplyDeleteGoogle lead me to where you can watch the ep online. Go search, everypony!
@Jimperator
ReplyDeleteI live in Rhode Island and hate telling people I live in Rhode Island because they always make a Family Guy joke.
Well If there is a reference it's less obvious than Derpy is in most of the new episodes, (the Last Round-up excluded)
ReplyDeleteYeah......The Cleveland Show is awful.
ReplyDeleteAmerican Dad has been the funniest show on Fox since its 2nd season and one of my favorite shows on TV. (Roger hunting people down with the Limousine? OMFG, absolutely fucking hysterical.)
Watched the ep. As much as I looked, I couldnt find anything pony related. So even IF there was anything, it must've been really small.
ReplyDeleteCleveland did say "FOREVER" but im pretty sure thats not it. :)
@Darkdrium
ReplyDeleteNow that's the perfect scam right there for a rating boost. :D
Like the post says: a picture exists. The reference has to be something visual.
ReplyDelete"And the spoiler: The prisoner booking numbers are the mane cast's initials. Told you it was small!"
ReplyDeleteI feel Punk'd.
Well that wasn't small it was almost nonexistent and probably an animator put it there without anyone noticing.
ReplyDelete@Sebastian
ReplyDeleteTo quote another famous Fox series: HA,HA!!
Pics or didn't happen
ReplyDeleteI didn't get back home until a little over an hour...figures. The one time I had to miss an episode, there was a reference to ponies. I'll have to keep my eyes open for a re-air or a clip on YouTube.
ReplyDeleteSo did you guys find anything?
ReplyDeleteSo, the booking number is:
ReplyDeleteTSRDFSPPRAJ
Twilight Sparkle
Rainbow Dash
FlutterShy
Pinkie Pie
R (?)
AppleJack
Don't know what the R is for. Sort of ruins it.
For those curious, here is a picture of the booking number: http://tinypic.com/r/zsn0y/5
ReplyDeleteThat's it? I don't think that's even worth mentioning to be honest.
ReplyDelete@NorwegianView
ReplyDeleteHow dare you forget Rarity!
@NorwegianView
ReplyDeleteRarity?
@Ahau
ReplyDeleteI am ashamed. I blame the 20 hours without sleep.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I got a hole to jump into.
@NorwegianView
ReplyDeleteRARITY
Wow. That is...wow. Hey, at least they put a reference in.
ReplyDeleteWell, look at the bright side. The only way a reference like that would come into existence is if one of the main animators is a brony.
ReplyDeleteIs that good news? Probably not. Is is bad news? Same answer.
And the circle of pointlessness is complete.
I think R is for Rarity.
ReplyDeleteIs it just me, or might the BRN on Rallo's sign be short for Brony? I dunno, maybe I'm reaching.
@mbm pony 527
ReplyDeleteWell that's a good thing. But when people say they don't like the show, don't take it as a personal thing is all.
@DIEDIEDIE765
I've actually never gotten that when I tell people where I'm from. I have felt like an idiot when I called a water fountain a "bubblar" though. But yeah, if you ever get that from a Brony, just be sure to remind them Hasbro's HQ is also in RI. That should balance it out!
So clevelandshow a spinoff of the overplayed Family guy show got it's own posting.
ReplyDelete<.<
^rarity.
ReplyDeletehttp://tinypic.com/r/zsn0y/5
ReplyDeleteThe worst part of the show isn't the show itself, but it's the fact that they canceled King of the Hill to air that shit. If they're going to have an MLP reference, you'd think they'd make the kid from Anerican Dad a brony, eh?
ReplyDeletelol, Seth MacFarlane
ReplyDeleteMaybe you can stop whining about how much you hate the show and say something about the reference. I think it's pretty damn cool. I mean, it's not just a small quip or something making fun of the show, it's referencing the Mane6 by NAME. And as Seth says this was made what, a year ago? The show wasn't nearly as big or popular back then.
ReplyDeleteI like this :D
I have seen Cleveland show one or two times. Not because it's bad or something but because it never airs in Sweden. It aired around 23.00 on workdays for a really short time. Guess I wont be able to see this then =P
ReplyDeleteHere's the image
ReplyDeletehttp://tinypic.com/r/zsn0y/5
Not sure if want.
ReplyDeleteJeez, LAME. But at least it wasn't a stupid joke about us. MAD's was at least cute even if the episode was more weird than funny.
ReplyDeleteAnd I think The Cleveland Show is as bad as Family Guy is now, they're really the same as far as failing at making jokes. American Dad is pretty funny though. Family Guy might take shots at the Simpsons for dropping in quality stories over the years but at least the Simpsons didn't crash and burn as fast as Family Guy's writing did.
Well friends that is very disappointing.
ReplyDeleteThat is small. Microscope small. Derpy in the snow globe small. But thats just the right size for it. Having Applejack kick down the door and take over the show for a minute would be cool-I mean, excessive.
ReplyDelete@Ponytoons
ReplyDeleteI think the reason its' getting so much hate is because its a direct spinoff of Family Guy.
Normally I don't hate on shows I don't like but FG is an exception. I used to love the show, then over the years it thoroughly alienated me. I'm not easily offended at all, but this is the first show to ever make me feel like it was my enemy; like it was actually trying to piss me off. That's just impressive. South Park has never offended me for example.
Well, at least it didn't involve a break-in at a stable and a ball-peen hammer.
ReplyDeleteDon't look at me like that. It's MacFarlane. You know just what to expect.
@Vermin Supreme 2012
ReplyDeleteAgreed, King of the Hill was friggin' amazing. I don't think Seth McFarland deserves to have three cartoons all in the same art style, on the same damn network. King of the Hill didn't even get a proper send off.
I really hope the number of people that tuned in solely to see this wasn't as high as I'm starting to think it might've been...
ReplyDeleteOh yeah if southpark makes a brony ep then ill be really happy and if MAD tv makes another decent one id be happy but just giving the dying show that is cleveland a few views pass.
ReplyDelete@Derpestia
ReplyDeleteOh don't worry... one will come. You can be certain of that.
That's what it was?
ReplyDeleteOh...cool, I guess. Whatever...
again,
ReplyDeleteAmerican Dad
is the funniest show on Fox
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY LEGS YOU NAZI WALRUS BASTARD!!!"
Nothing would make me watch that show. Only seen a small bit of it and already decided I hate it
ReplyDeleteAnything but Cleveland Show
ReplyDeleteHow do we even know that this is a MLP reference? Those letters could have an entirely different meaning. I would like to see shows like Family Guy and South Park make brony references, though.
ReplyDeleteAnd for the record, I don't like The Cleveland Show either, but Family Guy seems to be going downhill as well.
Hoo boy.....
ReplyDelete@Beta-Carotene
ReplyDeleteNo, its just a bad, bad unfunny show. I actually had high hopes for it from the pilot. But everything that followed was just.......ugh. Make no mistake: the WORST Family Guy ep is still like Airplane! when compared to the average Cleveland Show.
Family Guy's can in fact, still turn it on every now and then. See: the recent time travel episode. And if you have a taste for anti-humor and/or PITCH FUCKING BLACK comedy, you're probably still a fan. Really, that time travel ep featured the funniest (and smartest!) 9/11 humor I've ever seen.
Damn. Lotta hate for this show^_^
ReplyDeleteI think that one of the animators is a brony and was allowed to just throw it in.
ReplyDeleteI actually like it. Very small reference. Still won't watch Cleveland Show, though. But hey, made me smile.
TSRDPPRAJ
ReplyDeleteGreat Scott!
The mane 6!
Was this really a referrence?Or a coincidence?
I also think that BRN on Rallo's sign could be short for Brony
ReplyDelete@Nimbus the Unicorn I don't think it's an accident that all 6 of the mane characters happen to have their initials placed together without interruptions. If it were more like TRAPPSJDR, or TS10RD4JPP, then it might not be, but it has all six, perfectly placed in a row.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDelete@Nimbus the Unicorn
ReplyDeleteThe sheer chances of those particular numbers lining up are astronomically slim. So yeah it's definitely a reference.
Sorry, letters, my bad
ReplyDeleteI watched this terrible show to missed something this minescule? I must say I'm pretty pissed
ReplyDeleteis that really the reference? *sigh* I'm so glad I decided not to watch it.
ReplyDeleteExpect some salt to the enjury my friends this is the same guy that make family guy so....
ReplyDeleteI don't like the Seth Mcassface shows cause they are bigoted and intolerant.
ReplyDeleteSo much anger!
ReplyDeleteThat piece of crap show is still on the air?
ReplyDeleteIs ANYONE gonna talk about the reference instead of how much they hate that show?
ReplyDelete@Derpestia South Park doing a pony episode or reference might just be the BEST POSSIBLE THI- it would be very cool.
ReplyDeleteOh my god, They showed black people having anal sex with Rainbow and Rarity 0_____________0000000000000
ReplyDeleteLook at the letters in Cleveland's card, and think of the Mane 6.
ReplyDeleteIf only that "T" on the kid's plaque was a "Y".
ReplyDeletenever got into the Cleveland show...or American dad. the only thing i like by seth mcfarwhatever is family guy. now when family guy does a pony reference, i'll shit my self!!
ReplyDeleteOk, awesome job in hiding it. Seriously, that is tiny. And awesome.
ReplyDeleteAnd I guess I'll join the bandwagon... yeah I've seen a few episodes and I dislike this show.
I may give them credit for hiding that well, but I still dislike the show.
ReplyDelete"brony" should be the term for someone who is given something, and then complains to the high heavens about the giver.
ReplyDelete@reclaimedvalor LOL yeah only a few people are talking about the pony thing. The rest are just talking about how much they hate the show.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a lame reference; it's almost fitting.
ReplyDeleteYou know... I'm one of the people that actually took love and tolerate, no matter what it's source material may have been, as good words to live by and thus adopted them into my daily life...
ReplyDeleteBut nothing short of Princess Celestia herself showing up at my door and levitating a four liter bottle of Dr. Pepper, a Bacon Pizza, and a sexy comic cosplayer girl dressed as Rogue from X-Men behind her will get me to ever watch the Cleveland Show, or Family Guy, ever again.
It's so laughably small that it's despicable. I would've rather had an actual nod toward (or crack at) the bronies than this. And I'm sure it'll happen. Just not yet.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me not hate the cleveland show so much anymore.
ReplyDelete@Jimmy James
ReplyDeleteTHIS SO HARD. I hate them. KoTH was incredible and they took the most unlikable character from Family Guy to make a show out of. I refuse to watch it these days.
Still not gonna watch it though. Screen cap is all I need to see.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm in the minority here... Not a regular watcher of the show, but I actually think that's cooler than a straight-out reference. References can be pandering. But doing something like that is 100% because someone wanted to throw a call-out in there, not because it's hip, or trendy, or to win over fans (or haters) of the show, but simply to slip a nod in to our favorite ponies.
ReplyDeleteI encourage creators of everything to slip tiny pony references into their work. It'll be like a candy-colored pony version of Illuminati messages.
I turned on the tv after noticing the post, about 6 minutes in, and watched the rest. After finding nothing, I assumed it was in the part I missed. That's so small a reference, it's almost a puzzle. Kinda cool though, if they wanted to bash it they probably would have done more.
ReplyDeleteSeth McFarlane has regained my respect for this! XD
ReplyDeleteMeh, I was too busy playing battlefield. And if I wasn't doing that I would have been watching The Walking Dead. Cleavland show just isn't that good. American Dad is where it's at.
ReplyDelete@Dusty the Royal Janitor
ReplyDeleteI will have awesome dreams tonight. Thank you
I am quite pleased with the shoutout. I have not seen the show, so I do not hate it. I don't find humor in it, but because I don't find it funny I'm not going to hate it. Anywho, I saw someone post that they couldn't figure out why the R was there. In reply to that, it is Rarity.
ReplyDeleteEven if the reference was that tiny, at least they didn't shit all over us, like NBC news did. Or at least I think it was NBC. They could of had some kid being beaten up for liking ponies. I thank people the minds behind the show who made this reference.
I guess it's clever how they hidden the mane 6's names like that.
ReplyDeleteI don't really watch this show, but I heard from alot of people it's terrible. I wonder if Rallo's card is a reference to anything (Brony t?)
oh gah, it took me like 10 min to get it
ReplyDeleteThat's the Reference? No pony in the background. Or catch phrase said. Just initials on on a card. Kind of lame if you ask me.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad i did not watch the show for this. Not that i watch it anyway.
Well played, Seth MacFarlane. I'm still not watching your shows, though.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, Internet search engines will be able to find this string of text: TSRDFSPPRAJOO2
ReplyDeleteFound it after about 30 seconds of staring at it. I was starting to wonder when someone would post the solution. I was getting worried after I scrolled half way down haha, glad Norwegian pulled through.
ReplyDelete@Vermin Supreme 2012
ReplyDeletebetter than Bob's Burgers...or /shudder Allen Gregory(thank Celestia that drek is already off the air)
Huh. How does one even go about discovering that? You just look at seemingly random letters in any given situation and somehow come to the conclusion that it's the initials of the main characters of a completely different show on a different network? That's even barring the fact that Fluttershy is a single word, sure it may be a combination of two well known words and everyone understands FS is Fluttershy when talking ponies but still.
ReplyDelete@NorwegianView
ReplyDeleteDont forget to turn in your Brony card before you jump in that hole 8p
forgetting Rarity.....
I barely get the joke even after having it explained to me. It makes no sense.
ReplyDeleteAs far as references go, that is a really small one. Still pretty cool though.
ReplyDeleteStill, even that can't save what is essentially just Black Family Guy.
ReplyDeleteThe Cleveland Show: Family Guy - with black people!
ReplyDeleteNapoleon Dynamite: What is this I don't even
Family Guy: Sex joke sex joke bash something sex joke.
American Dad: America! Do something stupid America!
The Simpsons: We ran out of decent stories five seasons ago!
Allen Gregory: Sex jokes - from a kid!
At this point, I'm just waiting for that show about Alcatraz staring the fat guy from LOST.
eh. I'm still waiting for the day Robot Chicken does a skit. Or when South Park does an ep
ReplyDelete@Fenris730 Look at the letters of Cleveland's card
ReplyDeletei don't love this show, but i respect seth macfarlane's hardwork
ReplyDeleteand now my respect increases to 20%
Only a brony god could find something like that. I respect thee.
ReplyDeleteI've never watched the Cleveland Show and have never heard anybody's opinions on it before, so from a completely objective perspective, I'm surprised at all the hate it's getting. Maybe these two shows just don't attract compatible fans? Or maybe it's just genuinely bad. /shrug
ReplyDeleteJudging from the reference, one of the animators silently sneaked the pony reference, but too subtle for his supervisors to catch.
ReplyDeleteThe quality of the show is irrelevant. I say, he is a baller. Brohoof.
/) Brohoof to the brony who did this. i immediately caught that when it happened, and told my non-brony brother, he was like "DAFUQ"???
ReplyDeleteI think this microscopic reference is about as muc of a reference as they can do due to the fact that it would basically turn into an advert for MLP FiM... But man is that a sub atomic sized reference!
ReplyDeleteI watched the whole crappy episode of this bullshit for that? %^&@#$$#$$%^^&&*!@#$#$%*&*(
ReplyDelete@Cedric Bale
You know The Simpsons, right? It was plagiarized into Family Guy, a series very similar but with toilet humor. Then Family Guy was plagiarized and with addition of some disturbing sexual content and an alien, American Dad was born. But hey, n-gaz are popular lately so let's plagiarize The Simpsons again by making a spin off from Family Guy and American Dad! Once again we get lousy 2+2 family with a pet (that little hairy kid), lousy jokes and a moral at the end.
Yes, I'm mad after watching the episode for that "reference". Btw, who dafuk spots such things?
@Maquabra
ReplyDeleteActually, American Dad and Family Guy are both done by the same creator. That's why they have such similiar elements. Since you can't plagiarize your own work, it's more like creating recycling.
Just thought you should know.
Wow, it did happen!
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty neat.
ICWATUDIDTHERE
ReplyDeleteI had to read the spoiler to find out. But interesting now if Seth and his team could make more pony references. It would be nice to see it in American Dad more than The Cleveland Show or Family Guy.
Wow. really small. there must be genuine bronies in there somewhere.
ReplyDeletemakes me wonder what other hidden references they put in there
ReplyDeleteSmall reference? Seems more like we are starting to suffer Apophenia...
ReplyDeleteThey still make that show?! you learn something new every day.
ReplyDeleteMan that is very small
ReplyDeletemind blown
ReplyDelete@Alesio I believe you may be right.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to assume the animator listed the ponies from best pony to least best pony because Applejack is last.
ReplyDeleteI find it interesting how many people hate Family Guy and the Cleveland Show. I like them both. On the other hoof, I find Simpsons and American Dad to be rarely funny, and I find King of the Hill to be unwatchable. Also, I'm English. There may be a connection.
ReplyDeleteI have to wonder when bronies became so bitchy, self righteous and gained all this unwarranted self importance. Can't just accept such a nice little shout out to bronies, nooo. Gotta sit here and bitch and whine and moan about how the show sucks and how the reference sucks. Honestly, I am SEVERELY disappoint in every last one of you.
ReplyDeleteWell... That isn't small... That's near non existent. XD But then again, possibility for those letters in there like that... Is rather small too. Well... Wow... Somepony had WAY too much time on their hoofs to even notice that. Then again we all notice different things, and there are a lot of us. XD
ReplyDelete@NorwegianView
ReplyDeleteDamn, I hoped nobody spotted that.
It only took me about 30 seconds to find with the image posted, what's all your excuses? Besides the image not being there?
yes but no spike im sad
ReplyDeleteWAIT...
ReplyDeleteOMG
