Description: Apple Bloom is left to handle the majority of the work on Sweet Apple Acres since Applejack and Big Macintosh have to leave to help out on another family farm for a couple of weeks. Granny Smith is helping out wherever she can, but the majority of the labor rests in Apple Bloom's hooves. While she's not the inexperienced filly she was years ago, does the young mare have what it takes to run the Apple family farm in Ponyville while her two older siblings are away, or will the monstrous load of work be too much for her?

ReplyDeleteThis could just be my favorite fic. The Apple family is amazing fanfic material

ReplyDeleteCool story bro
Hmm let's see this slice of life
Ah, at first I thought it was a little absurd to think that they'd leave Applebloom alone at the farm and to have her do all of the work with some help from Granny Smith, but, from what I can tell from the description, she seems to be a few years older. Sounds interesting enough, I'll give it a read soon.
ReplyDeleteSo we're putting Apple Bloom in the spotlight. I will definitely be checking this out. So curious to see what she could make of the situation.
ReplyDeleteseems legit.
ReplyDeleteWhere's applebloomismywaifu when you need him, lol?
ReplyDeleteVery good fic so far, but ima save the rest for later.
Good to see Secret Agent's Man fic finally make it up here. He's been working awful hard on it.
ReplyDeleteNOT COOL there parents are dead....

ReplyDeleteEveryone has a different headcanon in regards to whether or not their parents are still alive.
Just go with it, and enjoy the story.
Sucks that Lauren said the parents are dead... kinda kills this story a bit.

ReplyDeleteIt's not canon though. She said it was never decided, but that was her interpretation, however that would never be confirmed in the show.

ReplyDeleteI have found this this to be a pleasant story on growing in responsibility and having confidence in yourself. Please support the author regardless of how Lauren answered to a none cannon question on our part.
ReplyDeleteNeeds more "Episodic" tag.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely wonderful story. It follows some tried and true coming of life elements with a mixture of pony shenangians for a wonderful, inspiring and good read of a story. Id 7 star this but I can't :)
