I love Lucy anyone? Apparently that's the case with this clip from The Hub! I love this show...
Check it out here!
I am going to get absolutely flooded with ponies in chef hats on Saturday.
And Youtube after the break!

Whaaaaaaaat... I just looked at the still clip on the video, and now I'm ridiculously excited.
ReplyDeleteI totally remember that Lucy episode.
Oh Pinkie Pie...
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteSaturday! Hurry up and get here! I wanna see more!!!
ReplyDeleteYay I love Lucy!
ReplyDeleteCherry Pie
ReplyDeleteThat is probably one of my favorite I Love Lucy episodes, how freakin' perfect!
ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome and cute, thankies for sharing!! <3
ReplyDeleteOh Fluttershy, you need to be more assertive!
ReplyDeleteThat was hilarious. I replayed to see Pinkie's face on the end of the belt.
ReplyDeleteI saw The Hub post this on Facebook and squee'd on the inside. I'm totally okay with references to really old TV shows.
ReplyDeleteThe greatest children's cartoon ever made just referenced the greatest sitcom ever made.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if this had anything to do with all the money I've been throwing at my computer screen, but I'm gonna keep doing it anyway.
Ooooh... very nice. Such a great reference to a good classic show. I believe I even remember that I Love Lucy episode. I love all these great references to other great moments in Television, movies, etc. :)
ReplyDeleteIts This Episode?

ReplyDeleteWell, now that I got that out of my system, let me just say they've done it again. They've taken the most hilarious scene ever to see TV airtime and totally made it their own. Bravo to whoever pitched that idea.
ReplyDeleteSatisfaction
ReplyDeleteRainbow Dash make it rain, she make it rain, she make it rain on dem mares. Sorry had to, first thing that came to mind with RD saying that,
ReplyDeletelolz @ pinkie pie
ReplyDeleteOh gawd yes! this is going to be so amazing!!
ReplyDeletepft...little girl's show. yeah right!!!
ReplyDeleteWho's a silly pony? you're a silly pony. who is? you is. Applejack.
ReplyDeleteThese episodes just keep outdoing them selfs.
ReplyDeletePokey Pierce shows up and bangs on a drum and yells, "Babalu!"
ReplyDeleteOh that was awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteHave I ever said how much I love this show?
no... well I love this show!
Flutterhshys face and movements whne she says help slays me.
ReplyDeleteAnypony got a youtube link as an alt?
ReplyDeleteWait, this is for the Last Roundup Episode, correct?
ReplyDeletePINKIE! You got some 'splainin' to do!
ReplyDeleteAaaaaaple-JACK! You got som' 'splainin' to do!
ReplyDeleteI love it!
ReplyDeletePinkie Logic: If there's nowhere to put the food down, eat it! I was laughing through most of that clip.
ReplyDeleteMLP team, you are amazing!
So wait is this for this Saturday's episode or NEXT Saturday's? Because it's like AJ has to work at a factory to try and buy back Sweet Apple Acres but that's just me.
ReplyDeleteRainbow Dash seems very mad that AJ left.
ReplyDeleteEither way the clip gets me excited :D
ReplyDeleteOh, and it sounds like fluttershy said "hell!"
ReplyDeleteIs that one of the new Applejack episodes?
ReplyDeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteIf they ever reference this movie somehow, my life will be complete.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99X8WDQWAKg&feature=player_embedded#!
"My Little Pony has a knack for taking on pop culture references and adding a pony twist, whether it's emulating The Big Lebowski or reenacting Star Wars."
ReplyDeleteYou can probably add this to the list of things you never thought anyone would say, ever.
Ooooh, I can't wait now. ILL is one of my favorite old shows :D
ReplyDeleteI still think drake and josh when I see references to that seen.
ReplyDeleteI saw Kirby in My Little Pony and now my life is complete.
ReplyDeleteThis is the last round up?
ReplyDelete@Sandman
ReplyDeleteIsn't Angel one long reference to the killer bunny?
the amount of references MLP does remind me of KND. I say this mainly cause i watched an ep of KND today. Sooo many Starwars and star trek refs.
ReplyDeleteSo much win...
ReplyDeleteSo this is for the Last Roundup Episode?
ReplyDelete@Gearbox
ReplyDeleteLol. I was thinking the same thing.
I think this is for the Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 episode after this week's one.
ReplyDeleteStop asking if it's for the next episode; we don't know. Great reference, can't wait for the episode, and the one after if that's the one that will feature this.
ReplyDelete1:01 seconds of MLP FIM! Made my day.
ReplyDelete@T-God
ReplyDeleteYea it doesn't seem to match any of the plots of the upcoming episodes, unless it's the last few minutes of the last roundup episode
@CroswyndWait wut?
ReplyDeleteRemember, a while back we were told more 2 parters.
ReplyDeleteStop asking if it's for the next episode; we don't know. Great reference, can't wait for the episode, and the one after if that's the one that will feature this.
ReplyDeleteWe have a G1 pony name revealed. now we just need to see if she matches up with the G1 pony
ReplyDelete@Sandman
ReplyDeletePinkie's face at the end of the conveyor belt.
Someone need to vector Pinkie's face at the end of the conveyor belt PRONTO.
ReplyDeleteActually, I'll do it myself if I have time
NEED NEW EPISODE D:!!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, considering they specifically mention that she met this cherry orchard lady "at the rodeo", and that Applejack says she isn't coming back, I'd say it's definitely from The Last Round-up, which had the description:
ReplyDelete"When Applejack disappears after a rodeo, Twilight and her friends set on a journey to find her."
"Miss Jubilee" *gasp* Is it Cherry Jubilee???
ReplyDeleteSweet, No pun intended.
ReplyDelete@Suroguner Hey, that's a good catch.
ReplyDeleteMumblegrumble...
ReplyDeleteNot only can I not watch this clip, but I have no idea what 'I Love Lucy' is.
And now I understand the meaning of the phrase 'kids these days...'
She's my Cherry Pie! Cool drink of water such a sweet surprise!
ReplyDeleteI think it might be for last round-up. The summary for that episode could just be a short segment of that story.
ReplyDeleteAlso I wonder if I could get my mother into this show with that clip? She still watches I love Lucy. Ehh probably not.
@Masquerade Well you should definitely check it out one of these days. In my opinion, one of the best shows ever. I would definitely categorize it as timeless.
ReplyDeleteThe video won't load for me. :(
ReplyDelete"Is it because you were insulted when I insulted your hair?" Oh Rarity...
ReplyDeleteCould not stop chuckling as I watched. ^^
ReplyDelete@CityFlyer502
ReplyDeleteMy. Best. Birthday. Ever.
I'm gonna get an AJ episode for my birthday and it's gonna reference I Love Lucy.
Again. Best. Birthday. EVER.
And apparently Skittles in Equestria only come in two colors?
ReplyDeleteYou know, I had to work a conveyor belt job in a plastics factory once, back in college. It was a two man job... one had to put the little tiny brushes into empty bottles of nail polish, and then the other screwed on the caps. It was an insanely stressful job for something so stupid.
ReplyDeletePlus, I was the guy doing the caps, and when the guy doing the brushes would get behind, he'd put his arm across the line to hold them up. This meant that instead of one bottle every six inches passing by, I would suddenly be faced with long rows of densely packed bottles going by at full speed... 10-20 per foot of conveyor.
I hated that job. Thus, I sympathize with Fluttershy and stuffed Pinkie.
Somepony please upload to youtube!
ReplyDeleteAlso it wasnt working but then I allowed popups and it loads fine now
Applejack said she met Jubilee at the RODEO, didn't tell anyone that she wasn't going back to Sweet Apple Acres. Guys this is probably "The Last Roundup."
ReplyDelete@DonSerrot Lucky you. Well, assuming this is indeed "Last Roundup." Which, like @Harwick mentioned, is very likely. They mention a rodeo, and the only episode in the near future to feature a rodeo is this Saturday's episode.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT.
ReplyDeleteBut seriously I love all of the mane 6 talking like that.
someone up thread mentioned "more two parters." Because this does seem to tie into both last rodeo and cider squeezy, I wonder if he's on to something...
ReplyDeleteI know we'll find out soon, but what the hay were they doing working in a candy factory?
ReplyDeleteOh, that's awesome! If only because it means that the episode will have lots of Applejack, rather than being marked by an absence of Applejack!
ReplyDelete@CityFlyer502, I don't think it's a candy factory, I think they're sorting cherries. Notice that Applejack has cherries on her saddlebags. Looks like She got roped into working for Cherry Jubilee somehow. (Did she make an ill advised drunken bet at the rodeo?)
ReplyDelete@Scott_Lochmoeller Yeah, it's cherries. I got my wires crossed on that last post. :P
ReplyDeleteGuys, seriously.
ReplyDeleteThis same exact clip is not only uploaded on the HUB's Youtube channel, but it is actually titled "'The Last Roundup' clip".
Its literally right in front of you.
Just look a little harder.
Aaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!! This looks like it's going to be a lot of fun :D
ReplyDelete@Greenf0x
ReplyDelete@Scott_Lochmoeller
I keep thinking these next two episodes feel like they might be a two-parter. The thing that makes me doubt it is that The Last Roundup is on the episode list for the Friendship Express DVD, and The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 isn't.
@James
ReplyDeleteI laughed out loud... kudos darling.
And oh my Goddess, I can hardly wait for this episode... this is pure Diamonds squee-fuel, by the looks of things~
@Harwick
Oh dear, I wonder if that was at all preferable to working as a dog groomer for any length of time... no there's a period of my life I'd like to forget. TT_TT
Seth is worried about ponies in Chef hats, I am more worried about what may take off from the "Lucyyyyy, I'm hoomeee" line. Bound to be plenty of shipping style parodies of that iconic line from "I Love Lucy" especially now with a confirmed reference.
ReplyDeleteI find the dynamics of that scene interesting, as far as the relationships of the ponies go. Dash is apparently angry that Applejack was willing to abandon her friends by not coming back over some minor slight (which wouldn't be all that loyal of a move.) Twilight is worried that she stepped on AJ's pride by trying to help and drove her away, and Rarity is... well, getting the best line of the scene again and suggesting that their usual differences were to blame.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that these three are engaging with AJ while the other two work the line and are just kind of "there", since those are the three that have defined relationships with AJ. Pinkie and Fluttershy really haven't had much to do with her over the course of the series... A few memorable bits, sure, but not much of a pattern to how they relate to each other.
If yesterday's pony withdrawal made me eager for this Saturday's episode, now i'm ever more pumped! I just love these little references.
ReplyDeleteNow, it's clear that this scene belongs in "THe Last Roundup", but Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie workng at the cherry factory? Either Jubilee is a cunning master or it's rule of funny at work.
Either way, we will only find out the day after tomorrow.
@ThemsAllTook
ReplyDelete...Drat. That makes too much sense. Shout factory wouldn't be so cruel as to put part one of a two parter on a disc without the second part.
Holy Sit, AJ isn't wearing her hat.
ReplyDeletePinkie's face when she has a mouthful of cherries = PRICELESS /Discord
ReplyDeleteThis is an interesting turn of events because I kind of got an 'I Love Lucy' vibe from Pinkie's crying in "Baby Cakes."
ReplyDelete@Harwick
ReplyDeleteThis is also true. Initially, going into season two part of me was hoping that we'd get to see more interaction between some of the ponies who haven't had a lot of screen time together (i.e., Applejack with Fluttershy, Rarity with Pinkie), but I suppose it just makes sense to stick characters together who have more of a natural dynamic and chemistry. That's how real circles of friends tend to operate, after all.
@WhiteDiamonds
*now, bleh~
Oh this is going to be sweet.
ReplyDeleteSo, it really is about The Last Roundup, either the plot given by the synopsis is solved very quickly, or this is a preview that's near the end of the episode, or Applejack is going to leave again shortly after? Mysteries!
ReplyDeleteomg im sorry but the mane 6 in chefs hats is the cutest thing i have ever seen (for some reason-- i mean there just hats).
ReplyDeleteI Love Lucy references FTW! Also, I wish I knew the context for this scene...
ReplyDeleteWhoa, Pinkie, you eat all those cherries, you're gonna get a wicked-bad tummyache!
ReplyDeleteThe episode looks like it will be good.
ReplyDeleteWe see AJ might have a debt to pay to the Cherrys.
It seems like the others volunteered to assist even though Applejack's stubborness might have disagreed. It seems we know also she may have mixed feelings about a few things as she gained some quick speed on that wheel.
The only annoying thing now will be Ship fics with the references, that's gonna blow up I'm sure.
An as usual RD doesn't seem to happy to be working at all.
@WhiteDiamonds
I did pet care as a part time job, it was fun working with the different breeds an personalitys they had.
(I love my dogs an wolves, but I am a cat person)
After watching the clip, all I can say is "Why is it not Saturday?"
ReplyDelete@Harwick
Interesting observation on the pony interactions.
Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteCan't stop watching clip.
ReplyDeleteI can't help but get the feeling than this is going to be an episode that goes down in history as one of the series' classic stories
From what AJ said about meeting Mrs. ( cherry) jubilee at the rodeo I'm sensing its gonna be the last round up
ReplyDelete@Greenf0x
ReplyDeleteHaha, I watched that exact episode of KND today. I love adult references in cartoons.
(AJ's thought in picture)
ReplyDelete"Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy"
@WhiteDiamonds
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought to put dog grooming on my list of nightmare assignments, but you never know until you're forced to try some of these things. Not to mention that the specific circumstances and especially who you are working with tend to make the biggest differences.
I volunteered at an animal shelter in college and gave quite a few pooches a tub bath, but I don't know that I could go so far as to call it "grooming" work, and of course I didn't have any customers to satisfy.
Honestly, that wasn't bad although it was a bit heartbreaking. I remember this one older dog who was so perfectly well behaved... he stood stock still in the tub and would lift each foot out of the water and patiently let you scrub it down. The idea that he had lived with someone long enough to become so well trained but then didn't have a family any longer still chokes me up to this day.
i freaking love I love Lucy
ReplyDeleteShe's clearly pissed because she never gets a fucking episode.
ReplyDelete@Figment
ReplyDeleteI'm having the same problem, video won't load no matter what I do.

ReplyDelete@Travis Smith
ReplyDeleteOh I like animals well enough, I really do, however working with them in a situation where I'd come home home wet, soapy and covered in hair was NOT my idea of a dream job. I don't care how many layers of clothing I would wear to work; that hair always managed to work its way through and down to the skin to itch and tickle me endlessly, arrgh~
Not to mention the fact that I'm allergic to cats (I actually do have a cat of my own, though I found her as a stray kitten and just couldn't not take her in. At least I've developed a pretty good immunity to her over the years...). So I was frequently congested while I was otherwise unhappy.
@Harwick
Yes, unfortunately in my instance I also have some sad stories of my time working with animals that I could tell (that did not involve me getting soaked and scratched up in this case), but I really prefer not to seeing as how they're not pleasant memories. Suffice to say I wanted to call the ASPCA on some of the owners, on more than one occasion...
I was already happy enough that we would be getting an AJ episode, but this clip makes me so excited.
ReplyDeleteInb4 this is our first non season opening two-parter. *Squee*
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteOh god, Pinkie's engorged face is kinda horrifying in that clip.
ReplyDeleteYoutube
ReplyDeleteAhhh forget you guys, I can est all these cherry's!
ReplyDeletedamn it ninjed buy loony18
ReplyDeleteThat clip put a smile on my face for sure. I'm just going to lose it if they also do a Vitameatavegimin spoof as well.
ReplyDeleteOh I just saw it and OH boy am I excited :D
ReplyDelete@jwq
ReplyDeleteThank you.
loz @ Pinkies face
ReplyDeleteExcellent! Whatever episode this is from, I'm looking forward to it ^^
ReplyDeleteApplejack <3
Amazing! Studio B, you've done it again :) An ode to one of the best TV classics. I'm so excited to see this episode!! This show never ceases to amaze me.
ReplyDeleteAwesome.
ReplyDeleteTotally shouldn't have watched the video though. I feel like that scene was far more spoiler-laden then it should have been.
Why didn't Pinkie use some of her Dimensional magic to store all the fruit in a dimensional pocket? I mean, it's what I would do...
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a fantastic episode. I'm not gonna ruin it for myself. Nope. Not reading a single spoiler...
Lol, this is awesome! I think I remember seeing this episode on TV Land also...
ReplyDeleteConfound these ponies! I'm writing a fan fic with a cherry farm and they DO NOT use a conveyer belt. That's what they do in big corporate factories with apples (another fan fic I had planned.)
PINKIE, YOU GOT SOME SPLAINING TO DO!
ReplyDeleteCannot wait for this episode glad to see the Mane 6 back together doing what they do best!
ReplyDeleteI laughed HARD at this!!
ReplyDeletecan't wait XD
I Love Lucy reference!
ReplyDeleteAnd I clearly remember that scene as well. I don't know why but that one scene had me rolling.
Do you really think you'll have to wait till saturday to get flooded with ponies in chef hats? I give them by Friday! xD
ReplyDeleteGod I was wondering if they were ever going to find an excuse to use that scene lol god Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie make quite the pair lol
I bowled over laughing at the Rarity part "Did you feel insulted when I insulted your mane?" that was adorably clever and oh so Rarity <3
Hey Piiiinnnn-key I'm hooooo-oome.
ReplyDeleteWonderfulllllll.
ReplyDeleteOh Applejack, why can't I taste the magic...
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFj9Cxt4oD8
ReplyDeleteLets like this video on youtube, rather than let tvguid get this one...
Let The Hub and Hasbro know we appreciate these kind gestures! You know, they only have 300 views and a mere 50 likes right now?
Lol joke, love how AJs acting in this little scene, we get to see more of her let's say "bad" side, and that's always good to get a better connection with the character >u<
ReplyDeleteI already can relate to her :L
well dayum
ReplyDeleteI was doing so well waiting for this episode to air.
ReplyDeleteThen this clip had to come out. -_-
It looks like Applejack managed to get herself roped (no pun intended) into working for this Ms. Jubilee. Or maybe she's just doing it as a convenient excuse to not return home...but why? She seems awwwfully defensive about it...
Ugghh, nothing but speculation dancing around in my head. And there's still a full freaking day in between me and the answers. >_<
awww shmucks , now i know the mystery/ shouldnt click it :/
ReplyDeleteI think you mean "sneak peek."
ReplyDelete@Arothyss
ReplyDeletePinkie's reality bending powers seem to be on the fritz lately. They completely abandoned her when she was baby sitting the twins.
Yes. YES. YES! ALL MY MONEY! WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING?
ReplyDeleteI love this show. I really do. Scratch one more show to reference on the list. I actually kinda want some sort of M*A*S*H reference now. Like a Hawkeye or Radar pony.
Actually, PONIFY ALL THE OLD SHOWS!
lol, inefficient conveyer belts are ineficcient.
ReplyDeleteAlso, looks like I'm going to have to look up another show I only marginally knew. Confound these ponies, they drive me to learn!
@Mike
ReplyDelete...Actually, more like poorly-designed than ineficcient now that I think of it.
I remember when they did this on Drake and Josh. I loved that show. . .
ReplyDeleteDang I just spoiled myself bigtime. Now I know part of the mystery =='
ReplyDeleteOne of the things I love about My Little Pony it continues the fine cartoon tradition of quality adult pop culture references. Growing up, I remember all of the good cartoons having:
ReplyDelete1) A Casablanca episode
2) A Robin Hood episode
3) A Gilbert and Sullivan-esk musical episode
4) One, if not multiple, Shakespeare episodes. Romeo and Juliet for certain, but may also Hamlet or Midsummer Night's Dream.
I must have seen the Casablanca ending at least 10 times before ever seeing the movie as an adult. I approve of introducing one of TVs great comedy moments to kids via Ponies.
Inevitable chocolate rain at end
ReplyDeleteNever saw I Love Lucy, and now I want to just from watching that scene on youtube.
ReplyDelete"Is it because you were insulted when I insulted your hair..?"
ReplyDeleteHahaha, oh, god, Rarity, that's why you're my favorite.
Given the mention of the rodeo, this is definitely for this week's episode. However, you can also add me to the list of people speculating if this is really this week and next week are part of a two-part episode (although if so, I'm a little concerned that it may involve the cliched "I'm giving up what I do best just because I lost" plotline).
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised whenever I hear of someone around my age who's never seen I Love Lucy, considering it has literally never been off the air since it went into syndication.
ReplyDeleteGood to see the tradition of a true classic live on through a show I keep hoping leads to a renaissance similar to what Disney movies went through in the 80s and 90s.
@Jake
ReplyDeleteYou want a mind blower? Try military members that have never heard of Full Metal Jacket. Or cubical workers that don't know of Office Space. Have met both.
As someone mentioned in the comments of one of the vids of the sneak peak, so would like to see a ponified version of Get Smart now.
Two theories I have regarding the clip about what the episode involves.
ReplyDelete-One of her family members hurt her emotionally and she doesn't want to see them anymore so she refuses to come back home.
-She was apparently blackmailed into working for whoever this Miss Jubilee is for some sort of reason.
-Similar to above but instead she lost and has to work for the cherry factory.
Also for some reason I don't think it will be a two parter as i think we would have heard some news about that by now but then again that's just me.
Were you insulted when I insulted your hair? LMAO
ReplyDeleteI Love Lucy... I remember watching on Nick at Nite when they played really, REALLY old shows like Bonanza.
ReplyDeleteANYTHING THESE PONIES DO ARE ADORABLE, WHY ARE THEY SO CUTE?!?
I'm pretty sure Cherries Jubilee was a fanon background pony name at some point...
ReplyDeletePerhaps reference to that @ 0:04 ?
...
*research, yay!*
...
Lolwut? jubilee renamed cherry berry on the MLP:FIM wiki? Curse you poorly named blind bags!
...for the record I also dissaprove of 'noteworthy' over 'Blues' and 'Golden Harvest' instead of 'Carrot Top' (actually, Carrot Top's cutie mark is slightly different from Golden Harvest's, now that I look at it more closely)
As much as I would LOVE a two parter AJ episode... I can't help but feel it's not possible. "The Last Roundup" is one of the episodes listed as being part of the upcoming MLP:FiM DVD "The Friendship Express". Problem is, "Easy Speedy Cider Squeezie 6000" is NOT on the DVD.
ReplyDeleteOfficial episode list is as follows:
Friendship Is Magic, Part 1 (Mare In The Moon)
Friendship Is Magic, Part 2 (Elements Of Harmony)
Over A Barrel
Hearth’s Warming Eve
The Last Roundup
No Cider Squeezy episode on DVD, no 2 part.
I am guessing Amy Keating Rogers or Charlotte Fullerton who wrote this episode. They're good at playing the ponies emotions and make it entertaining. What do you guys think?
ReplyDeleteyay AJ ep. haven't had one of those since Fall Weather Friends, or if you exclude shared eps, since Applebuck Season....damn, that's a long time ago.
ReplyDeleteThat scene made me laugh more than any moment since Luna Eclipsed.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a single second of I Love Lucy, but I'm really lookin' forward to this episode.
ReplyDeleteI freaking love this show so much. I'm grinning like an idiot. :D
ReplyDeleteApplejack is best pony.
ReplyDeleteI hope it will be the one month waiting worth for me.
And now I wonder if the Smile will be used in this episode.
Fluttershy picks the pink/red ones and Pinkie the yellow ones.
ReplyDeleteSubtle and cute xD
Ahh this looks so good! Can't wait for this episode. Shame I won't be able to watch it when it airs though :(
ReplyDeleteJust got a small taste of the next episode and now I want more >:]
ReplyDeleteIf you pause it while Pinkie is filling her mouth, you get a Forever Alone Pinkie Pie.
ReplyDeleteRD 'I supposed you told HER you weren't coming back' Brace yourselves, out of context AppleDash is coming
ReplyDeleteI know how Fluttershy feels... I work at a production line myself sometimes...
ReplyDeleteI loved the clip... but it does strike me as rather a large spoiler. Whereas previous 'sneak peaks' have been pulled from close to the beginning of an episode, and have largely focused on establishing a premise already laid down in the synopsis, this one seems to involve a crucial scene from later in the ep (if this is, indeed, from one of the upcoming two episodes). Of course, I may be wrong, and this may be part of a "this is where we are... now we will explain how we got here" set-up.
ReplyDeleteThe clip's fantastic... but a somewhat compromising choice for a "preview".
@GeN I hope it's Meghan
ReplyDeleteRainbow Dash made it rain. <— Fact
ReplyDeleteIs it just me, or does Applejack sound a bit different?
Now I wanna see Rarity insulting AJ's hair...
ReplyDeletehmm, not familiar with this lucy thing.
ReplyDeleteI don't get the reference but... Applejaaaack! :3
ReplyDeleteAJ could be the Miles O'Brien of MLP, she's the character who is most normal, and down to earth; she is the character many of us can identify with. The makers may have several of these episodes where AJ suffers and feels rejection etc.
ReplyDeleteI think AJ is underrated in both the fandom and the show. Looking forward to her time to shine.
IT'S TIME
ReplyDeleteFOR
AWESOMENESS.
TIME
FOR
APPLEJACK!
Nykkes64: Is it because I insulted you for copying the conveyor belt idea from Drake and Josh? =/
ReplyDeleteApplejack: NO, NO, NOOOOO!!!!!!
I Love you Applejack. ^_^
YES AN APPLEJACK EPISODE
ReplyDeleteAND WHO THE **** IF JUBILEE
@iloveMLP
ReplyDeleteCherries Jubilee
Oh, and serious story episode for the ultimate win.
ReplyDeleteFor people who never saw the original bit:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NPzLBSBzPI
I'm just so in love with Applejacks southern slur! AJ is best VA!
ReplyDeletei loved that clip. they made a reference to my favorite show back when i used to watch oldies a while ago.
ReplyDeletethat was the funniest reference i ever saw, and i couldnt stop laughing when i saw it.
now i regret seeing it because it wont be as funny when i see it in a few hours...
curse these ponies, they drive me to watch spoilers!
I don't get the reference... someone explain?
ReplyDeleteHaha, there were no storm of ponies in chief hats after all. But I, for one, welcome our new Derpy overlord.
ReplyDelete
