Really pretty colors. And I like the styling of the accordion. Looks fancy.

ReplyDeleteThis piece is simply amazing. From her expression of absolute peace and relaxed state, to the folding over of her front legs, this picture just... makes you relax, and bask in silence. The detail is just incredible.
To just try to imagine such a scene is difficult for me, but not impossible.
So to truly appreciate this picture, I am turning off the flat screen in the background, unplugging my laptop after I write this message of thanks, grabbing my hot tea an sitting in my bedroom window as I watch Luna raise her Moon once more in total awe and silence, and reverence.
Then with the light shining from the Moon, I will draw again, while giving a silent nod of thanks to Luna for her work.

#5: An unusual angle and pose for Rarity, but I like it, and the title of the piece is certainly fitting.
#9: A beautiful nighttime drawing coupled with an elegant letter from Luna; I just really love the composition of this drawing.
#11: Another nice nighttime scene, with an absurdly happy Fluttershy visiting a ponified Chinatown.
#12: Doctor+Derpy shipping is silly enough that it doesn't bother me, and this drawing combines silly and cute in a perfect ratio, and adds nicely-drawn details on top.
#16: Took me a second to see just what Rarity was doing, and then I snorted; it's so wrong, but so funny...
#17: Derpy stealing the scene from Applejack's going to be a thing now, isn't it? AJ does look cute, but there's little doubt that upside-down Derpy is the main attraction.
#22: Speaking of funny drawings... Great poses and expressions, down to the derped eyes on the fake glasses.

#9 This is really lovely, and beautifully drawn and colored. Looking at this I also suddenly have to wonder why I've never given Luna more attention, considering how much I've always loved night and the moon.
#11 Yay, Asian-inspired pony-art! I was lucky enough to visit places that were very like this when I went to Japan. Needless to say I really like it... simple as the coloring and everything is, it captures the mood of such a place quite nicely.
