I wouldn't mind an episode revolving mainly around just Celestia and Luna with many some hilarity and silly antics thrown in. :)
But LMAO. One of the stars in Luna's mane... went supernova. Clever and silly notion there. Never thought of that. :P I also like the book Celestia is reading. Hah. ;)
"Exotic fruits and where to find them" sounds like a pretty awesome book. Also, Luna tells Celestia to grow up, after barging in with that song? Is that irony? Anyone, is that irony? This is exactly why I would hate to have hair made of anything except hair. Never know what it's going to do.
I think you'll find that the universe pretty much covers everything... Anyway, as I said on deviantart, why is Celestia reading where to find Exotic fruits? All she has to do is reach into her banana bag...
Wait, but... if Luna's mane is made of stars... and the sun is a star... is Luna actually more powerful than Celestia? Or does Celestia have control over the stars as well? Can she control Luna's mane? Am I over thinking this?
@Kyronea One of the stars in Luna's mane is going supernova. Luna thinks Celestia is being sarcastic (hence her comment on the heat) but it's actually happening.
Okay. So the stars in Princess Luna's hair are literal stars. That means she wears hundreds of cascading cosmic nuclear explosions in her hair. Hard core, Princess. Hard. Core.
Interesting question: Is the reason Equestria only ever saw the side with the Mare in the Moon because the other side was sculpted into the likeness of a certain mare in the moon's backside, Cutie Mark and all?
The Mare in the Moon what moons from the moon with a moon in the moon, so she can moon while she moons.
I would love an episode like that, if only to give Celestia more of a personality. But more importantly, how the two of them react around one another. We still haven't seen them together since episode 2.
A supernova is when a star collapses inward upon itself, or implodes. When it does this it releases two streams of highly lethal gamma radiation. This radiation can kill a normal pony within seconds.
@Celestia So what if my mane goes supernova just once? It happens. The problem would be if my WHOLE mane went supernova Celly.
@Shadow Heart Thank you for that, I was feeling a bit down, but don't talk about...those things...they could have gone without knowing what my mane actually tasted like...
@Digital Phoenix I will not simply come at you, you haven't done me any wrong.
@Dantes_Grill As a matter of fact I do raise the stars but I'm not entirely sure if I completely control them. Maybe I should try...
Why yes, Calpain, an episode centering around Celestia and Luna would be amazing. Despite the fact that they're sisters, we've only seen them interact once for a few seconds way back in the pilot. Besides, they both need more air time.

Yeah, that must be a problem at times, heh, that being said, that was pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteHer mane shines brighter and hotter with the heat of a thousand suns, too bad Celestia controls the closest sun.
ReplyDeleteGeez, what's next? Is she going to call Luna a hot gas giant?
ReplyDeleteThat book.......LOL
ReplyDeleteSo i'm assuming that everyone here knows what that is referring to?
Now I know why we don't have stars in our hair.

I sang the first panel out loud without hesitation. That accursed melody will be stuck in my head for all eternity.
ReplyDeleteI agree with an episode dedicated to them (an Windegos)
ReplyDeleteAn that madman is really good comic maker
Seriously, a Celestia/Luna episode is what I've been begging for since they brought Luna back. Love to see the interaction between the two.
ReplyDeleteSo, does this mean Luna will take us around the universe and all the other places too?
You know I still say we should consider Jupiter an enemy...
ReplyDeleteShe can travel across the universe, and all the other places too. That explains the stars in her hair!
ReplyDeleteI think you'll find that the universe pretty much covers everything... Anyway, as I said on deviantart, why is Celestia reading where to find Exotic fruits? All she has to do is reach into her banana bag...
ReplyDeleteCelly and Woona episode...
ReplyDeleteOF ALL THE POSSIBLE THINGS THIS IS THE BEST POSSIBLE THING!!!
I guess that's the price you pay to have stars in your mane...
ReplyDeleteHave a stroke of its mane, it turns- wait, what?
ReplyDeleteLolz
ReplyDeleteOh my god the cloak is on fire and the chinchilla is burning! (Ten points if you can guess why this is important and relative.)
ReplyDeleteWait, but... if Luna's mane is made of stars... and the sun is a star... is Luna actually more powerful than Celestia? Or does Celestia have control over the stars as well? Can she control Luna's mane? Am I over thinking this?
ReplyDeleteAh, the mind boggles.
...I don't...get it.

A little slice-of-life episode about the two princesses would be great. I can already see plenty of lulz to be had.
ReplyDeleteI'm so fresh you can lick my mane..

@JAGamma That's a bit of moonception going on there my friend.
ReplyDeleteCelestia Y U NO lick my mane?!
>Celestia only controls one sun.
ReplyDelete>But Luna's mane contains billions of other suns.
>yfw?

An internet to you, my good man.
A star in your hair has gone supernova....Image the amount of hair spray you would have to use to get that back under control.
ReplyDeleteSupernova mane, perhaps not the greatest idea.
ReplyDeleteSUPERNOVA in your hair.
ReplyDelete@Celestia
ReplyDeleteShould I say yes or no?

. . .what? I'm allowed to be smart too right?
What? No one mentioned the "Amazing Horse" from Weeble reference yet?
ReplyDeleteI like Celestias mane more X3

ReplyDeleteI'd say that Luna has more power than Celestia does. She does control more stars in the sky than just one sun that Celestia controls. COME AT ME.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't taste like raisins, it tastes like space.
ReplyDeleteDon't ask how I know.

Luna is signifacantly better than Celestia.
. . .
@Digital Phoenix doesn't Luna control the moon, not the stars? =P
ReplyDeleteI like Celestia's book.

ReplyDeleteMake it happen, Thiessen.
ReplyDelete@Princess Luna
ReplyDeleteBut I always thought space tasted like raisins...
Anyway, my chromosomes have all been shattered by the gamma ray burst from the supernova. I shall die soon... or turn into the Incredible Hulk.
