[Slice of Life]
Description: A sequel to 'Hiatus' - Spurred on by her sister, Luna decides to open a summer camp dedicated to the arts and sciences in an attempt to become further involved with the daily lives of Equestria's citizens, hopefully improving her reputation in the process. The campers that sign up prove to be more than what the Princess of the Night was expecting, however. 'Camp Counselor' certainly wasn't supposed to be part of the royal duties.Stuck In The Middle With You (New!)

Shrodingers comment may or may not be first.

ReplyDeleteDid you know that Schrodinger's Cat was originally conceived to show how preposterous certain theories of quantum physics were? True story.
nope, it is first
ReplyDeleteHuh. This sounds promising, but it seems to have an idea almost identical to that of Progress.
ReplyDeleteOoh, I've seen this on FIMfiction.
ReplyDelete@Mr. Unsmiley
ReplyDeleteI've read Progress before, and they seemed nothing alike while I was writing Hiatus. Regardless, I hope the rest of you enjoy it.
So, another fic like Progress.
ReplyDeleteSounds nice.
@Spikely Whiplash
ReplyDeleteYeah, the uncertainty principle and such. I personally agree with special reletivity, although now with those neutrinos reportedly travelling faster than the speed of light...
@theexogenerateIrrelevance levels are at an all-time high!
ReplyDeleteGreat story, I recommend it to everypony!
ReplyDeleteWow... we have a Luna fic where everypony is talking about physics is the comments...
ReplyDeleteActually, I don't mind. I'll take a look at this story, although it does sound like Progress (which I haven't read, so who cares?).
@theexogenerate
ReplyDeleteActually, they found that experiment to be fatally flawed. They're apparently redoing it.
Good news, this means that nothing-is-faster-than-light is still in effect, and fast travelling to the future is still a possibility.
@Tim
ReplyDelete"nope, it is first"
But not until you looked at it.
It's an ok story. Not great. There are a few plot holes, mismatches with the show, and it's sort of simplistic - even a bit cliched at times. A few amusing moments, but I wouldn't read it again.
ReplyDeleteHey, you made it to EqD! Good work!
ReplyDeleteAlso, this is only like Progress in that both follow Princess Luna.
I saw this a bit earlier this month. It was a good read. Time-consuming, but it was a good read. I really like how Luna effectively banished her nightmare (in more ways than one).
ReplyDeleteI don't know why the comments are comparing this to "Progress" because I don't see any similarities.
This... has very little in common with Progress.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Jukashi here: enjoyed it, but not something I'll come back to.
@Forderz
ReplyDeleteIt happens. I enjoyed writing it, and I know others have greatly enjoyed it as well, but it won't be everyone's cup of tea - no story ever is.
Still, I appreciate that you both took the time to post comments about it.
So basically, this is Schrodinger's story...
ReplyDeleteIt is either just like Progress or is not like Progress at all. Without observing the story, it is simultaneously like and not like Progress. Only once I chose to observe it, will it be measured to be one state or the other.
Wow... This is the most intriguing result of a "first" comment in the history of ever!
@richfiles
ReplyDeleteOf all the possible off-topic discussions that could have started, we get a physics discussion instead.
And I'm strangely okay with it.
I really did like this one.
ReplyDeleteawesome story im glad its finally on eqd
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of references in this one. One to Oblivion and another to 2010. I thought that was great.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely loved this story.
ReplyDeleteIts already 100% updated complete
