Meh, there alright, kinda boring... the best one out of these is 1, because spike is awesome...
ReplyDeleteNumber three- long songs make me a happy man. Cures boredom, you know! Good remix of a good song. A bit indirect, if uou know what I mean, though.... Good beat. Very interesting. This is one of the better remixes that i've seen. Good job
ReplyDeleteNumber two- the link is better than the embed! Well, whaddya know, Seth is right!! At 17 seconds, I caught a glimpse of glory. This music is definitely getting downloaded. Might, might splice off the first pony bit though, so I get just music, but we'll see about that. This is a pretty catchy beat, but does it deserve it's name? Yes, it does. Now that I think about it, and listen for it, it is actually a remix/extended version of the BG playing during the iron pony scene. Good job!!
Number one- like I said earlier, it's strangely befitting. The video is a nice touch. Very nice. At 0:36 it turns from emptional to techno. Good teansition, I might add. the vocals were a bit strange for me, however. Good work for General Mumble, though.
I always did like Spike's look like that, the hat is just so sharp.....

ReplyDelete#1 I thought this was going to be a slower song at first. But then, whoa. Kicked it into high gear. lol I should have known better though with a General Mumble song that it'd have a faster and more dynamic feel to it. Really like it, very cool with a great beat.

And this is coming from a not-so-interested-in-music girl. "funk" is definitely what I get from this. And Electro/Techno is easily and obviously recognizable.
I don't really know the diff between electronic and techno, if there is one. Since...you know..I know nothing of music genres. I only know what I like. *shrugs*
@Ariel I think technotronic has more beat and less keyboard in it. I think electro is more retro and goes with the funk. Like you, I just know what I like. I studied biology, not music.
