I never really listened to much of chiptune stuff before pony. It sure did grow on me quickly though!
We also have some EVIL RARITY from Dr. Dissonance, and a song that is guaranteed to make your eyes droop and speech slow to 1/3rd it's normal rate. Make sure you grab some headphones though.

#1 Liked it, kinda upbeat and does remind me of the 16-bit era a lot, nice to actually hear something that was related to Dedede in the arrangement, but I must be missing how this is related to MLP other than simply mentioning it in the name of the piece. Is it also adding in some remix of one of the MLP songs as well, and I'm just not hearing it?
VastaKustuta#2 Again, liked it, and it does give me a Castlevania vibe. But for some reason, I just can't, for the life of me, see how it's related to Rarity other than simply name-dropping her in the title.
#3 Er, what? Kinda reminded me of Earthbound, a little, but even that's a completely tenuous connection. Just sounds like a random jumble of sounds to me. What little beat it had, it wasn't too bad, but I don't get what it was supposed to reference, if it was doing so in the first place. Couldn't even make out what was being said to try to make the MLP connection.
No offense to the artists, they obviously put in a lot of time and effort in these, and they're good as stand alone pieces, but I cannot see (or rather, hear) the connection any of these pieces have to MLP beyond simply putting some terminology from the show in the song's names.
I'm serious. I'm really not trolling here. I don't see any connection to MLP with these. Really good work, but, why are they here, instead of Overclocked Remix or something?
I don't understand why people think #3 is so sad. I listened to it and I didn't feel sad

VastaKustutaNo dude I totally get what you mean. Sometimes I understand if it is an Octavia, Lyra, Vynal cover, etc but sometimes I don't see how the music connects with the ponies besides title and/or picture.
But still, its often awesome music dedicated to MLP FIM's honor, so I'm happy with that :)

#2 I'm assuming most if not all of the stuff Dr. Dissonance makes is inspired by ponies (there are a fair amount of artists like that).
#3 is a "remix" of the Find a Pet song.
