I really wish spikes transformation back to spike had been more climatic. If this was a story, it would go "then he just changed back. That's it. No waiting for a week helping him revert back, it happened in two seconds." Most anti-climatic ending in the entire show! I mean, every other version of a small guy transforming into a monster had always had him slowly reverting back. I'm pretty sure when spike reverted, I heard a small "pop".

I really enjoyed the episode today, though I think Spike's a bit young to be shipped with Rarity in any serious fashion. The involuntary skydiving scene was sweet, though, and it's already inspired some very nice fanart. And Spike's hat is nice, though I was afraid it would lead to "Spike as pimp" fanart. *^^*

VastaKustutaYou must have misplaced your standard-issue shipping goggles. Not only did this episode have Rarispike and Flutterdash, it had Lyrabonpy, Twibowjack, Zecorkle, and probably one or two others that have slipped my mind.
