It made it! LOVE.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to be so late for class because of this. Wonder if my proff will see reading a story as a legitimate excuse.
ReplyDeleteThis is hilarious, and it feels so very authentic. Whoever did this has to have some experience with school plays.
ReplyDeleteIt's fantastic! Very droll, but never silly - it's realistic comedy with a great conceit. Well done.
ReplyDeleteVery cute; very well done!
ReplyDeleteIMAGINAAAAAAATION.

ReplyDelete@Vimbert the Unimpressive

ReplyDelete'Twas my pleasure.
> Cheerilee's class performs a play with Applebloom as the lead
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was, "Cheerilee's Garden is tame enough for Equestria Daily?!" Then I realized it was a different fic.
Bees... my god.
ReplyDeleteWoot! Go Dinky!
ReplyDeleteThis story was very well done! Wow, I'm really stunned.
ReplyDeleteI don't normally comment on stories, but when I do, they have to be really good.
Laughter, happiness, giddy smiles, and breaking into fits of excited clapping were had as I read this story! So adorable and cute, it is one great work of art! Thank you Bob from Bottles for writting it!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the best things. I loved this whole story. I'm going to put this in my favorites. So many smiles and laughter from this story, so very happy that I gave this one a chance and read it.
ReplyDeleteThis...
ReplyDeleteWow. The comedy is so well done in this story. The pacing is good, the story itself is commendable, and the humor derived from the reader's understanding of the connection between the 'imagination' side of the story and what was actually happening on stage is phenomenal.
I only had one problem with your writing: TOO MANY PASSIVE VERBS! You use 'began to' and the many forms of 'to be' WAY too often; I found it distracting. Otherwise, this is 5/5 gold, and the fact that it currently only has 38 ratings appalls me.
By the way, the Majora's mask reference had me rolling.
@Corejo
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out. I'll go through my story again tonight and fix that.
@Bob from Bottles
ReplyDeleteI could see this as an episode right out of the series! It fits perfectly!
