That's it, blog's over, I'm going to go solve the secrets of the universe and do actual IMPORTANT stuff. Suddenly Physics is fun!
Of course, this wouldn't be possible without the genius explanations from these amazing ponies, so maybe I'll use my new found quantum knowledge to work on a portal to equestria? This undertaking is going to require a team. After the break is your homework. Go watch it and meet me in Switzerland. we are taking over CERN.

First?
VastaKustutaSteins;Gate!
VastaKustutaPony physics rocks :)
VastaKustutaSecond? No. Prolly not.
VastaKustutaSo...... Physics. Who knew?
VastaKustutaphysics and ponies don't mix.
VastaKustutaTwilight Sparkle should TOTALLY have a standalone edutainment show.
VastaKustutaShe'd repalce Mr. Roger's as "best edutainment show host" so fast! ... Ok she'd come in close second.
Twilight Sparkle edutainment = my favorite thing in the world.
VastaKustuta@Di
VastaKustutaPONY IS DEAD - MISMATCH.
Physics... in my cartoon about colorful little ponies?
VastaKustutaIt's more likely than you think!
Now onwards to uncovering the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything (via ponies)
VastaKustutaI dislike the cupcakes refrence in it.
VastaKustutaSethisto, you made me crap myself when you said blog's over.
VastaKustutapinkie doesn't follow the laws of physics because she doesn't understand them, therefore they're irrelevant
VastaKustutaHuzzah Pony physics!
VastaKustuta@Sethisto
VastaKustutaGood luck and godspeed.
These ponies... sound exactly like the voice actress(es?) from the Phoenix Wright parody. o_O
VastaKustutaPinkie trying to explain Physics is like Han Solo trying to explain the odds of of successfully navigating an asteroid field. It doesn't work!
VastaKustuta"Never tell me the odds."
I agree with Kaijyuu. I'd watch the hell out of Twilight Sparkle The Science Pony.
VastaKustutaNow you're thinking with ponies!
VastaKustutaAs my physics teacher says, YAY PHYSICS!!!
VastaKustutaI'm inspired to try and make the ponies explain differential calculus now... or maybe next summer when I'm less busy.
I just learned this 3 days ago in my physics class!
VastaKustutaAs a Physics with Planetary and Space Physics Uni Student, I approve of this.
VastaKustutaDear christ, this is what mt CP Physics class JUST finished going over the finer points of Newton's laws YESTERDAY. hooray for pony review time!
VastaKustutaoh the typos! My College Prep Physics class just finished going over the finer points of Newton's 3 laws yesterday, so pony review time = ME GUSTA
VastaKustutaI wasn't convinced of Pinkie's voice, but I watched anyways.
VastaKustutaSo...according to the 3rd law, Rainbow Dash should be dead. lol But then again, I guess she really is the Iron Pony.
Implying Ponies aren't important! The chart here clearly shows that Ponies ARE the most important thing in the universe.
VastaKustutaPonies
Ponies with other Ponies
Ponies dancing
Ponies wearing Socks
Everything Else
Pinkie said cupcakes, and I figuratively crapped my pants...
VastaKustutaSo cute and smart, oohh i love this, more more more more.
VastaKustutaPinkie and physics together. Nope, physically impossible.
VastaKustutaHey, if you need a guinea pi... test subjec.... help seeing if the portal works, I'm your man.
VastaKustutathere are two baryons, one of them says "i think one of my down quarks is different today" and the other replies "well that's strange."
VastaKustutaalso, i'm actually going to CERN next year, and it's gunna be SO AWESOME.
EL PSY CONGROO
VastaKustuta@Embernikov Two helium atoms are walking down the street. One of them gasps and says "I think I just lost an electron!"
VastaKustuta"Are you sure?" Said the other in concern.
"I'm positive!"
Huzzah! The Scientific fun has been doubled!
VastaKustutaPhysics just got 20% cooler.
VastaKustutaMoar... MOAR!!!!
VastaKustutaIf everything was taught by ponies i'd be a genius!
VastaKustutaThese ponies can do anything! learning on the internet, I never thought I could do that!
VastaKustuta@Xeddrief
VastaKustutaDo you know Mr. Naumann?
Genius! Plus, your voices were quite fitting. Now I can count to physics!
VastaKustutaAm I the only one unimpressed? I mean: these are the basics we had one year ago in secondary school, nothing learned. good effort put into it. Will love when you start explaining feynmann's like that tho
VastaKustutaCan't get through it. The voices are irritating. and the mic quality is poor.
VastaKustutaAmusing concept, but with a little better mic work, less breath and static pops, maybe I could listen to it.
Oh pysics 20 you so easy.
VastaKustutaneeds some better editing to be amazing.
lol human bronies r gonna flood Equestria w/ the best intentions and wind up wrecking the place
VastaKustutaI mean really, imagine the CRAP Rainbow Dash would have to put up with. "Uh, sorry guys...but I like Applejack as a friend." "OMFG, SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH DASHIE!!!" "...that's another thing, can you *please* stop calling me that? I don't know any of you..."
It'd be like Avatar...if all the RDA employees owned Na'vi plushies.
I'd love to see some quantum mechanics lessons like this. For example...
VastaKustutaSchrödinger's Ranbow Dash: Until you open the door to Pinkie Pie's basement, Rainbow Dash is both alive AND dead.
@Embernikov
VastaKustuta"On the up side, I'm more charming now."
As brony about to become a physics teacher, this all makes me very happy.
I want to see "Imaging the 10th dimension" explained by ponies.
VastaKustuta@Abjuron
VastaKustutaXD
*stands and applauds*
Well done, good sir.
@Zenhoof the Wise The answer is 42 seasons of pony.
VastaKustutaNOOOOOO
VastaKustutaNo more Physics puns, although the strange one was kinda funny...
Not enough Fluttershy :(
VastaKustuta*looks down at phone*
VastaKustuta"Hey! Don't play on your phone!"
...wat
If she is going to be talking about physics at least do it right, by at least sounding official and pronouncing things right. So that the people listening can understand what she is saying. I had to turn it off 10 seconds into the video.
VastaKustutaI need one of these for Calculus.
VastaKustutaAlso, it's a good thing Twilight didn't try to explain the law of gravity to Pinkie Pie...
VastaKustutaWait. Something is wrong with your explanation of the second law with respect to the problem of Applejack jumping on the lever (see-saw). When she falls, the only accelerating acting on her is acceleration due to gravity (-9.8 m/s^2). This acceleration is independent of the mass of the object.
VastaKustutaNow if AJ was more massive, she would exert more force for an equivalent acceleration (which, neglecting air resistance, is the case). This is due to F=ma being in play. Therefore, a more mass AJ would exert more force on the see-saw, not less. This would result in RD flying farther.
In short, you incorrectly assumed that AJ's mass changed her acceleration which resulting in an incorrect conclusion about AJ's force on the see-saw changing.
Also, I've never heard of the first law being referred to as the Law of Inertia. In fact, inertia is a completely different physical property of matter. It does make sense to call the first law the Law of Inertia since it vaguely captures the concept of inertia. Unfortunately, I can't recall a relation between inertia and force.
@Zenhoof the Wise
VastaKustutaWe may not know the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything...
But we do know that Twilight Sparkle is the answer. Why else do you think Celestia has invested so much into her!
^^^ Speaking of... I'm all tired as hay... I'm gonna go crawl under the covers with my very own Twilight Sparkle. Turns out, she's also the answer to a peaceful night of slumber! LOL!
