The Official MLP Facebook Page recently linked to this Zazzle Store. Apparently this merch is official, which is a bit strange considering most of Zazzle is cafe-press style fan shops. I remember someone back on /co/ who used to sell pony shoes there.
Anyway, check out the facebook shoutout here, and the shop here!

That's just a link to Zazzle, not the shop itself!
ReplyDeleteWell, time to check this wierdness out.
ReplyDeleteY U NO COME IN ADULT MEN SIZES
ReplyDeleteoh yeah....its a little girl cartoon. I forget sometimes.
Do want! :D
ReplyDeletefind a pet is best song ever
ReplyDeleteholy shit. we can personalize some of these.
ReplyDeleteDid anypony else notice that the "Personalized Rainbow Dash" T-shirt was of Pinkie Pie?
ReplyDeleteThe official My Little Pony twitter account talked about it. https://twitter.com/#!/MyLittlePony/status/139459516679987201
ReplyDeleteZazzle has the license.

Girls watch MLP? What kind of mockery is this!?
ReplyDeletelol
I'll stick with the welovefine designs.
** For adult sizes** choose an item, then click
ReplyDelete'2 >Choose your style and color'
and choose 'Men' or 'Women' in the links on the right.
GAAAAAHHH They needs Plushies!!
ReplyDeleteThe binders will be perfect to store paperwork for my school club!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, welovefine has a lot of designs that are much better than these ones =/
ReplyDeleteHmm, interesting.
ReplyDeleteguys, we've flooded the site and caused it to become REALLY slow. :|
ReplyDelete-> Look on website
ReplyDelete-> International
-> No acknowledgement of MLP whatsoever
Consarnit.
Of course they're not made with Bronies in mind. Yes, it is a show for little girls for any out there unaware of this little tidbit. :P But that's fine anyway, we have WeLoveFine and a bunch of places to buy shirts and assorted things. I think we'll be fine. :)
ReplyDeleteWHERE'S THE SIZES FOR MEN!?
ReplyDeleteI think I prefer WeLoveFine really, the designs are much better. Still its always nice to see more things pop up.
ReplyDeleteI like the fact they are also selling stuff about the old show, many people grew with that show, and it's nice they have a place to go, just like bronies have welovefine.com ^^
ReplyDeleteMerch geared towards girls.
ReplyDeleteI'd buy a binder if I had any use for one though. Need more merchandise options than just shirts, binders, and ipod cases.
Is this the stuff that's found at Target?
ReplyDeleteDawww, these designs are cute. They're not using the ugly vectors and are decent designs as well. The only downside is the sizes and all the pink flowers. The Luna design surprised be, though.
ReplyDeleteSweet! Official merch! I'm gonna go buy a shit ton of tha- >ONLY IN WOMEN'S SIZES. FUCK
ReplyDeleteWHAT!?!?! All the shirts are white(background)?!?!?! So much for variety...
ReplyDeleteWhoah bronies! You can completely customize all the designs - adult sizes, different colors, add text, and add or even change the artwork using your own images. It's pretty bucking cool!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I hope this doesn't mean other sources (e.g, welovefine) becomes illegal or something due to BORING ol' copyright...
ReplyDeletehttp://scorchedwing.tumblr.com/post/13246254420/i-like-the-new-official-mlp-zazzle-com-selection
ReplyDeleteThis was fun to play with... but then i made a black luna Tshirt with the personallized command to....
ReplyDeleteCower Mortals! The New Lunar Republic is here!
And now i have to buy it... it is just too much fun...
there is some good and some really bad.....shrug...nothing id buy.....but i REFUSE t-shirts...gimmy something that buttons up and ill buy
ReplyDeletegimmy a good surfer shirt with that dashie challenger silhouette on the back of it..yup id wear that
As much as I'd like to say I'd buy one to at least support it, these designs suck. WeLoveFine definitely wins. Not to mention, having worked for a Print Shop before, I can guarantee that if they're personalizing, then they're doing Iron-On or Sublimation Inks, both of which do not last long.
ReplyDeleteActually, I'm right, I just checked it out. They only offer light colored shirts for the "personalized" prints. That's definitely Sublimation Ink then because it can't be used on dark shirts (the ink doesn't lay a base coat, it just stains into the fabric). Sublimation Inks do not last long, fade fast, and are not bleachable.
ReplyDeleteNo Derpy... I is sad
ReplyDelete-PonyJedi
I remember those pony shoes as well.
ReplyDeleteI still want to get my hands on the ones with Rainbow Dash's decals on them.
Holy shit...a calm brony reaction on ED...weird... also personalized shirt FTW
ReplyDeleteFirst off this seems like it's focusing on the little girls that the show is "meant" for not us. Second, if this place has the license for shirts and stuff then how does WeLoveFine sell pony shirts? I'm so confused.
ReplyDeleteLooking at the banner... I am genuinely disconcerted by how much weight Celestia has lost.
ReplyDelete@Pawn Heart
ReplyDeleteIt's what happens when you hire an overzealous artist to take your picture and forget to tell him not to edit it.
@Daisymare
ReplyDeleteThey probably share copyrights, as far as I know all the products in welovefine.com are completely legal, as not only they have the rights, but have also been announced in the official MLP facebook. Zazzle must have get the rights for another variety of products is all. Or, maybe they just created a Zazzle account and created their own little shop for more "girly" (I really dislike having to call it like that, it's just different is all) stuff.
I might get myself a Rainbow Dash shirt with DFTBA (Don't Forget To Be Awesome) as the caption.
ReplyDeleteThe Zazzle site lets the copyright owners create legit "Customisable" merchandise with minimal expense. Yes this one is more designed for the core audience, and that in of it self should be applauded. Hasbro needs to make sure its core audience is catered for, and giving a young lass a customised Pony tshirt sounds excellent.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't make much sense t-shirts mostly have G4 prints while iphone/ipad cases only have G1 designs. Binders are pretty neat, though.
ReplyDeleteToo bad it seems like most of the shirts are for girls. They should really learn to cater to their audience, lol :P
ReplyDelete@MouseNBrowse
ReplyDeleteI totally couldn't find that. You're awesome. Thanks!
After digging through the choices, I saw some of the designs were boring, but there were some nice ones that I would actually wear around. It's actually pretty customizable, because of the different shirt colors, and you can change what kind of shirt you want it on.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's just because I'm a girl, so I can get away with wearing girly shirts, but I'm seriously considering buying some of these.
I am surprised that these are targeted towards target demo. only. This seems like a branch where bronies would purchase more than the TD.
ReplyDeleteBut whatever. Nice to get some official apparel!
Not on the UK Zazzle, DAM YOU HABSO! I mean HASBRO!
ReplyDeleteWelovefine.com forever, bro!
ReplyDeleteApplejack merchandice is listed first as it should be. Though putting your own name on the shirt under her is a bit odd imo. I don't think they have shirts for XXL males though. Kind of digging the binder though, just not it being twenty bucks.
ReplyDeleteIt sucks! These shirts have designs I'm interested in but they're all sized to fit small girls. /facehoof
If I had a niece, I'd buy her a shirt from here.
ReplyDeleteActually, I think I do, but through distant relations, and has probably never met me or knows of me, and is most likely over 5000 miles away.
On a more serious note, it's nice that the shop is selling more for the target demographic, very little can be found in the shops beyond the toys, so perhaps the much younger fans can finally get that shirt they always wanted - or be the coolest kid in school with a binder
Oh Hasbro, why do you avoid the brony market like its the plague. We do have money.
ReplyDeleteSeriously if their is one item that bronies can help support Hasbro and the show with, is T-SHIRT POWER!
On top of that, Phone cases and Tablet covers are another group items that older fans would buy up in bulk.
I don't get why they can't make items that are as good if not better the welovefines.
They have the artiest power as well as the capital for it and frankly not much work really would be needed to make items just as good as wlf.
Oh well, maybe they will put in better stuff as time goes on. *shrug*
Guys, let the girls have their fun. They deserve the show too and this is pretty "show-accurate" that's not aimed at us. If the toys were anywhere near this quality, it'd be a step in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteWeLoveFine came first, so its not like they don't have something for us.
Lawl @ Personalized Rainbow Dash T-Shirt having Pinkie on it.
ReplyDelete*facehoof* There are men's sizes guys. This is pretty cool; They're making shirts for the target demographic, with an option for adult fans as well. And they're customizable!
ReplyDeleteOooooohh, vintage G1 shirts! Yep, totally not for bronies.
ReplyDeleteonly white and other bright colours -.-
ReplyDeleteIs it sad that I want some of that older pony merch as well?
ReplyDeleteI went through the first 40 pages of the MLP selection on that Zazzle link. Here is why it lacks: 99 out of 100 of those designs are in the style of posed pictures, like what you would see of models in a department store catalog. "Art" only appears as graphic design elements, sprays of flowers or swirls of lines, a busy background, a bit of colour. Very boring. There is hardly any effort toward composition or humor. These are deep discount store designs.
ReplyDelete@Sukebei: Thanks about the iron-on/sublimation ink info. Cool!
I guess you could always put "20% Cooler" on the customizable Rainbow shirt....
ReplyDelete** For adult sizes** choose an item, then click
ReplyDelete'2 >Choose your style and color'
and choose 'Men' or 'Women' in the links on the right.
</Repost
binders, folders, shirts, iphone cases and skins.
ReplyDeleteY U NO ORNAMENTS?!
Why so much girls' clothing?
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of show do they think this is?
God forbid they actually sell MLP T-shirts in women's sizes. >.>
ReplyDeleteSo we have a store catered to the target demographic. You bronies still have Welovefine, which caters to you guys more than it does women.
Only youth sizes? WTF Zazzle? And why are all your models girls?
ReplyDeleteAh, ok, my statement is retracted. These are actually pretty nice.
ReplyDeleteI actually like all this girly designs because they cater to the original target audience, and the ringbinders are pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteShame it's not on UK Zazzle, COME ON HASBRO
WeLoveFine is like, 256 times better.
ReplyDeleteZazzle, Y U NO SELL MEN'S STUFF??
ReplyDeleteSo we can make an official Hasbro approved shirt of Princess Celestia
ReplyDeletehttp://www.zazzle.com/personalized_princess_celestia_t_shirt-235249575608262631?gl=mylittlepony
that says "I am not Pink"?
...
It's a start.
I didn't check many, but most of the sizing is not close to adult, and I suspect all is, but not sure. Some of the "vintage" models looked like they may have been wearing adult sizes.
ReplyDeleteAnd the fact they've mispelled a few product names, this was put up in a hurry.
A customizable Pinkie Pie Tshirt marked as a "Personalized Rainbow Dash T-Shirt"?
http://www.zazzle.com/personalized_rainbow_dash_t_shirt-235455187482499306
I WANT that Fluttershy binder....
