We have two new vocals this time around, and a song I couldn't categorize into a genre even if I studied music at the most prestigious composing school in the world for the majority of my life.
It's pretty cool though.
And you guys are probably going to categorize it and make me look bad.
Have some music!
1.) The Living Tombstone & Mic The Microphone - Sister Hate
2.) Kolt Rock - Cowboy
3.) Mogul Dash - A Place as Wonderful
If people actually listened to these before commenting, then the comment time stamps would start 10 minutes or more after the post. Sadly, this does not occur.
Seth, there is a good way to categorize everything. If there is a song which genre you can't recognize, just simply put an "experimental" tag under it. :)
Another banger for the Mic the Microphone/The Living Tombstone album! lol, this is actually my favorite one yet too, I SEE WHAT U DID THERE CEE-LO GREEN...
Thanks for the feature EQD, and thanks to all you bronies for the comments, and for being all around awesome. Also I don't have an answer for the genre either...but any guess is a good guess.

ReplyDeleteYay for mogul dash!
ReplyDeleteThe only problem with Sister Hate is how similar Tomb and Mic sound. Other than that, it's great.
ReplyDeleteisn't the third one just glitchy electro?

ReplyDelete#2 has so many things I don't think I ever wanted to see...
ReplyDeleteI categorize #3 as electro.
ReplyDeleteHave page sitting open for 10 minutes, only then realize i had a shot for second comment. Well done.
ReplyDeleteokay, so that AJ... "thing" in #2 is just damn creepy. puttin it out there...
ReplyDeletewho is the statue pony that flutershy is crying about?
ReplyDeleteWhat the hell at #2.
ReplyDelete#3 made So Many Wonders dark and foreboding. Interesting.
@MedicShy So?
ReplyDeleteI gotta say, I dig #3.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I've always had a soft spot for the unclassifiable.
@amddude
ReplyDeleteWell duh, EQD is full of "FIRST!1!" spammers, what were you expecting?
@Joe its my job to stop that
ReplyDeleteIf #3 didn't have any vocals, I think it would be right at home in the official Aperture Science testing soundtrack.
ReplyDeleteHmm, I'd say #3 is like techstep d'n'b but at 140 bpm with some glitches thrown in there. Pretty good as well.
ReplyDelete@Risky
ReplyDeleteThere were several weird images in that video. They were too... anthropomorphic. When a pony fan is a furry fan, I guess...
@amddudeHey AMD, lets go kick some Intel flank!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I was just thinking the same as your first comment above.

ReplyDelete1 good ^_^
ReplyDelete1. These guys work very well together. Two of my top music artists in this community.
ReplyDelete2. That's rather disturbing...
3. This is now stuck in my head for the next two days.
Anyone else think #1 sounds like a Weird Al song?
ReplyDelete@Everlasting Joy
ReplyDeleteIt brings me no end of joy to know that I'm not the only one who thought this. :D
@Edwin B.
ReplyDeleteI think it's Posey, the G1 pony she was originally based on.
Tombstone and Mic are tearing up the music scene. Awesome sauce will be spread.
ReplyDeletei motherbucking love the first one
ReplyDeleteUm...AppleJack is not Ty the Tasmanian Tiger. xD
