alright time to go to bed but first gotta refresh EQD to see if theres any new stories. *refresh* .... um... crap... *stays up 3 more hours and begins cycle again*
#2 was good, very unique. Haven't heard a piece like it in a while.
#1 Very repetitive. Really just not doing it for me. Not really sure what could be said to improve this, I guess it just could have used more audio clips that were different.
Music everywhere? This is a good thing. Seems like there is more and more brony music popping up everywhere recently -- and I am most pleased. Most. Pleased.
The Octavia piece was good, but it seemed to be in a more modern style of classical music (I kept thinking of Shostakovich as it was playing). Not that there's anything wrong with that, but she always struck me as more of a Romantic or Late Romantic composer.
Whoever plays #2 in that tempo in real life shall have my greatest respects. No matter if it's only partially played with piano or any kind of violin. Is that even possible?

ReplyDeleteAnother Octavia piece? It's simply brilliant.
ReplyDeleteThis guy agrees.
I've gotta say, classical is entertaining in a way that totally works in a way no remix(or whatever that first music video was) can.
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty awesome cover image.
ReplyDelete#1 was well-done but a bit scary.
#2 was a bit repetitive but otherwise really good.
