ReplyDeleteIt took me more tries than i'd care to admit, but i got 163 as Rainbow Dash.

ReplyDeleteThe controls are simple and work well.
The graphics and sound effects are good.
The lack of music can be a little bit of a disappointment. You can listin to whatever music you want to in the background, so it is not that bad.
Overall, well done Mihasik!
Oh and by the way, DO A BARREL ROLL BY RAPIDLY TAPPING THE LEFT AND RIGHT ARROW KEYS!

ReplyDeleteThis game was disappointingly difficult, especially when you're playing like me on a laptop in the dark.
ReplyDeleteThis game reminded me why I shouldn't play flash games: I have a terrible temper and I get addicted. Played this for half an hour when I should've been doing homework, got the VERY STRONG urge to murder somebody, and didn't get more than 55 parasprites down.
ReplyDeleteEh, controls are alright I s'pose. The Sonic Rainboom could be a little less... picky, I guess. Numerous times I dove sharply from the very top with it not even activating and me having to pull up last moment. Still, it's a fun little game.

Fluttershy: 49 seconds (I'd rather just fly Fluttershy around the level without Parasprites, she's extremely cute, kudos to the artist)
Ironically, I earned the Deadshot achievement using Derpy, because I found it easier to aim her cannon.
The hit detection, in a word, is ridiculous. It's too easy to get hit, and too hard to shoot a Parasprite. Many times I saw a muffin pretty much pass through one of the damn things without the game counting it as a hit. Yet coming within inches of one of the buggers counts as a hit on the Pegasus. What the hell, man?
Soarin's machine gun sounds like a vacuum cleaner.

ReplyDeleteNot bad, but for some reason it wouldn't let me sonic rainboom after the power bar thingy was filled up.
ReplyDeleteOkay, this one is easily one of the best pony games in existence. A lot of the Flash ones are poorly implemented, but this one rocks! Kudos to the creator.
ReplyDeleteAccuracy was the one I had the hardest time with. Do slow backwards loops, and time your shots. Once I seen how the parasprites follow when you do this, it wasn't too bad.
ReplyDeleteFluttershy was kinda hard to get too.
Also, spitfire is useless...

ReplyDeleteI get monster-kill sized one-hits when diving for a rainboom. Sniper cannon is best cannon.

Excellent work, author. An extremely fun game, and the extra characters are challenging to unlock. Soarin's minigun casting from your HP is a bit evil, though.
