Ah, The Lusty Argonian Maid. That is important Elder Scrolls literature. I laughed out loud when I saw that Bethesda had carried the Morrowind book into Oblivion. (For those who don't know Elder Scrolls, it's a play excerpt about a double entendre about polishing spears, written by a very flamboyant NPC quest-giver)
And like how Jiub the slave in Morrowind's intro somehow becomes the Saint of Morrowind by Oblivion, I hope Adoring Fan is now Arena Champ in Skyrim or something equally hilarious.
Is this back in Skyrim? can anyone tell me if that one Liar NPC is in Skyrim too? wont get my copy until Christmas(The Santa Pony will bring it to me i hope)
Psh, the Lusty Argonian Maid has nothing on the daggerfall edition of The Real Barenziah volume 2. For those who only read the Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim version, that bit redacted by the church is there uncensored.

To be fair, she is seriously mistaken as to what said literature is.
ReplyDeleteSomepony tell me that they didn't read that book at least twice...
ReplyDeleteScrew Spike's story, I wanna know Twilight's reaction to her "autobiography".
ReplyDeleteFurther proof that Spike is bestest pony...

ReplyDeleteOh boy... Now I've got to go read up about the Lusty Argonian Maid. This should be interesting!
ReplyDeleteSo many epic comics today. Multiple skyrim references, bright eyes, discord... wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI just may have to make my argonian purple instead of my standard green.
ReplyDeleteOh Twilight, what evil have you wrought onto this world?!
ReplyDeleteI never played Morrowind (Sadly) but I did happen to find that exact book this morning while playing Skyrim. I lol'd.

ReplyDeleteFor the life of me, I can't quite wrap my brain around the concept of argonians being attractive, but I guess they're a sight better than nords.
ReplyDeletemore or less what iv been doing.
ReplyDeleteI have some crazy goal of eventually having EVERY SINGLE BOOK in the game.
Spike's destiny is to slay dragons. What is this I don't even.
ReplyDeleteI never knew Twilight's life was full of dating vampires and werewolves...
ReplyDeleteSeriously WTF is with that. One of the worst things created in written media crossing with one of the best things created in television media...
Wow, Spike, wow.
