VastaKustutaPoor Twilight. When you cleaned your Trumpet out, you did not line up the valves correctly. That's why it doesn't make any sound, no matter how hard you blow.

Wow. this is rather fun to watch and listen to. Kinda catchy. Didn't even notice it until someone in the comments mentioned it, but it's Fluttershy for the cupcakes, Applejack for the apples, and Derpy for the muffins. I also love Twilight in the background.
