#1: I like these mournful industrial takes on the bright and cheerful songs. "Art of the Industry" was a favorite, and this one works well with it. I can't help picturing a dystopian Equestria where the ponies labor in Victorian garb when these play.
#2: Nicely done... it's hard to rock out to such a light and bouncy song, but this one finds a way.
#3: Pinky would have much preferred the Gala this one plays at...
Art of the Dress Rock is really good. My only complaint is that sometimes the balance between voice and instruments is a bit heavy on the instrument side.

ReplyDeletewe need to have someone perform #2 at a meetup!
ReplyDeleteReally digging #1, great mental images
ReplyDelete#2 is a great mix.
First one was pretty epic, reminds me of the theme music for huge scale strategy games like sins of a solar empire.
ReplyDeleteBrony music just gets better and better. Well done you guys!
ReplyDeleteNever thought I would hear a steampunk version of Winter Wrap Up
ReplyDelete#1: Sweet, another delicious song to add to my SteamPony collection!
ReplyDelete#2: As somebody else said, this is the first "Art of the Dress" rock cover with vocals that I wholeheartedly approve of. Grats, brony!
#3: This song is so delightfully all over the place and upbeat. Great remix of greatest song in the first season for great justice!
I just Downloaded all three of these. That's the first time in a while where I loved each song in a post.
1. I love the steampunk music, but why does it have to sound so depressing? Very neat!
ReplyDelete2. Rock on!
3. Sorry, it didn't really impress me.
Someone should have played the last one for Pinkie at the Gala. Lookin' at you, Octavia.
