And I really don't say that about many. But the style is gorgeous. I love how they portrayed the ponies with a almost more realistic look kinda. And you can feel the emotions between Octy and Vinyl in this. I also must say I love the cello design, it's quite beautiful as well. Wish I could afford one that nice irl. lol If the artist is reading, I'd really love to see this in some desktop resolutions. :D

ReplyDeleteI believe the ban on OC ponies refers to "original characters", i.e. ones that aren't from the show. If you draw any of the characters that have actually been seen on the show, then you should be all right.
I've submitted my own art following those guidelines and gotten in the Drawfriend. It's ultimately their call if they use your submission or not, but it's certainly worth the try.
#4 and #28 remind me of Megatokyo. Now there is a crossover that needs to be.
