I was going to save this for the nightly, but I guess it justifies it's own post!
Over at Target, the Canterlot set stuff is all currently 20% Off (with coupon). This is the perfect excuse to buy a plushie Twilight Sparkle! Get to it!

Too bad I don't support target ever since they gave to a hate group :/
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean Magneto is 20% off?
ReplyDeleteThis smells of being 20 % more cool.
:o :D!!!
ReplyDeletePLUSHIE TWILIGHT SPARKLE?!
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about that "exclusive DVD" they speak of, do you think it's a special episode or is it season 1 material?
ReplyDeleteThose eyes!
ReplyDeleteJesus Christ that Rarity! Those eyes! They follow me anywhere I move DX
ReplyDeleteI spent all my money on the blind bag ponies. Now I can't get a Twilight plushie. I am torn between regret and satisfaction.
ReplyDelete@Monster Hunter Brony All the DVDs are Episode 1 stuff.
ReplyDeleteAlso, guys, the coupon is for ONE Canterlot item 20% off. One. ;n;
@Monster Hunter Brony
ReplyDeleteIt's the Gala, on DVD. And I think Suited For Success, maybe Ticket Master.
@CupcakesNom
ReplyDeletePrint one, spend one.
Print one, spend one.
Copy, paste.
Copy, paste.
Don't forget to actually print this out and bring it with you. They won't accept a picture on a smartphone or something like that.
ReplyDeleteI love how they specifically mention Princess Luna in the Facebook post. Too bad it's not a very, um, show-accurate Luna.
ReplyDeleteThe Toys'R'Us Twilight Sparkle is nicer, that doesn't mean I don't already have the Target version!
ReplyDeleteThis is easy. Print off about ten, Buy toy. Deposit in car. Go back inside, buy another toy. Repeat. Add in your friends for extra buying power!
Too bad I won't allow myself a toy, for image's sake. But dear god, what I would do for a plushie and not be stabbed by my friends...

ReplyDeleteYou need to make better friends. Like me!
Hey! You know what this calls for!? COOKIES!
You get the cows, I'll get the chickens!
Oh Pinkie, you're so random!
ReplyDelete@Pinkie Pie
ReplyDeleteand that's why YOU are my favorite pony
I was able to print out two coupons before the website told me I'd reached my limit. I'm sure there's a way around that, but I've got too much Applejack in me to try.

ReplyDelete@jodyjm13
ReplyDeleteMultiple computers.
As for me, I'll buy the merch when they release a show accurate Luna plushie.
*Had to fix a spelling error in my other post.
>mfw 20% off
ReplyDelete@jodyjm13 simple, print the coupon, scan it with the right settings so the image stays identical, and reprint it as much as you want, the employee probably won't notice if there is only a slight loss of quality. You can easily blame it on your printer being terrible as well.
ReplyDelete@Monster Hunter Brony
ReplyDeleteIt's has Suited for Success and the episode where Twi gets the tickets to the grand galloping gala. It's $10.
I'd pay $8 after my employee discount AND using the Red Card, but I'm still holding out for a season one release.
I refuse to buy any merchandise until it's show-accurate. Just my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI spent $80 on the Canterlot toys (comforter, blanket, bed/pillow sheets, Princess Luna/Celestia) in August. I could have saved $16 in my pocket
ReplyDeleteAt least I still have what I bought and enjoyed having it for an extra month
Plan for the morrow:
ReplyDelete1. Get Twilight Plushie
2. Be derided at register, on the bus, on Dashie (my bike, she's blue) and everywhere I go
3. Have dad take hard earned plushie
4. be forced to watch plushie burn
Hmm, maybe not, Derision I can take, but to be forced to watch my money go up in toxic smoke, I can't handle that
I refuse to buy this stuff until it is of some better quality :/
ReplyDeleteprobably doesn't include the CMC set, does it :(
ReplyDelete@Gravenstein
ReplyDeleteShow Stoppers set is not Gala-approved.
As for the coupon, Target does not approve of printing to PDFs. But you may be able to get away with printing extras from different browsers and private browsers on the same computer.
Otherwise, take a trip to Kinkos or something.
Dear Seth.
ReplyDeleteOh my God! Who, the hell, cares!
Speaking of this I was at Target last night and came across the FiM section, the twilight plushie didn't look very much like in show or the picture on the box for that matter and I couldn't be helped but be creeped out by in my opinion by the face
ReplyDeleteAnd then they didn't have Fluttershy, I had a sad, but still I was afriad they'd mess her up too and that's just as unforgivable as making her cry
@Supreme Commander of Brony Mountain
ReplyDeleteThere are actually three Twilight plushies, if you including sing and read Twilight.
Twi-1
Twi-2
@Pinkie Pie
ReplyDeleteand it kinda proves that those in charge of designing these toys have no idea whatsoever what they look like in the show. seriously, even soemone who dont know how to sew can do better than what they sell. May not be top quality, but at least they are show accurate. (Like me XD)
20% off = 20% cooler
ReplyDeletethanks rainbow~
Yay, I love sales. Not as much as ponies of course, but still. <3
ReplyDeleteDude, this gives me an excuse to buy the MLP comforter for my bed since my dog ripped my last one days ago. I have a twin sized bed so it's perfect! I don't really care for the sheets. Maybe I'll get the pillow too though. I know 20% will probably not bump the price down that much, but it's better then paying the full $32.99 plus tax.
ReplyDeleteI got the comforter and the throw a few weeks ago as birthday presents. They where out of the sheets, which I wanted soley for the purpose of MLP Pajamas. I've got a full sized bed but I do completely lack in the MLP Pajama department!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I will have them. Yes I will.
I accidentally Target's website. The WHOLE website.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for my throw to get here before the 17th. I really hope it gets to my house in time. I mean, I've got my brony shirt, but the premiere would be about 20% cooler if I had something awesome to snuggle with while I watched it.
ReplyDeleteI went to get a toy, and nothing good was there. If I had a daughter, I would be offended that Hasbro cares so little to try to sell my children and I coloring books with no challenge in them and Twilight Plushies with awful hair.
