You know...I think the oficial explanation won't be too far off from this. I want to see how the writers handled the disapearing of the elements. Maybe Discord stole them and put them inside that hedge maze we saw in the Wired clip!
It was always a question in my mind whether they kept the Elements or whether the Elements belonged to the class of artifacts that operated by their own rules and appeared only when and as they were needed—like a lot of the transcendent magic figuring in so many legends, myths, and fantasy epics. But maybe I’ve just had more exposure to that kind of material over the decades. . . .
Oh both of those were fantastic. The first I loved mostly for the art itself (I adore that artist's style--true to the series for the most part but colored in such a nicely soft, almost painterly fashion... lovely), and the second actually made me laugh out loud. Which doesn't happen too often! Great work, both of you artists!

ReplyDeleteAlso lol at first, i dislike diamond tiara.
ReplyDeletealso 2nd comic
ReplyDeleteI SAW THAT COMING
Oh the second comic is amazing.
ReplyDeleteLOL. First comic is the funniest thing I've read in quite some time.
ReplyDeleteSecond comic is great! I am curious as to how they lose them all again though...
ReplyDeleteWait. . . ponies have phones?
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the 2nd comic immensely
ReplyDeleteSILVER SPOON!!! Yeah, even I was wondering why DT wasn't up there. Everypony knows that Silver Sppon is her lacky.
ReplyDeleteHaha, loved both of these. SILVER SPOON?!
ReplyDeleteTo be fair on Spike, he wasn't there when they got the elements so he probably thought it was something she got from Rarity.
ReplyDeleteI loved 'em both! And I'm glad to see Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara getting a bit more attention, however short-lived it may be.
ReplyDelete@pmcollectorboy
So you question the phone, but the laptop's OK? ;)
SPOOOOOOON!!!
ReplyDeleteTwilight's expression in the second one at the end
ReplyDeleteoh god lol
You should have put some of the Diamond Dogs on instead of Silver Spoon. Those guys were more villainous than Silver Spoon was.
ReplyDeleteAnd I am curious what happened to the Elements, we only need to wait till tomorrow to find out.
Lots of laughter before S2. That helps make the wait less painful.
ReplyDeleteAlso, is it just me or this entry has no title?
SILVER SPOOOOOON!!!
ReplyDelete*explodes*
"What?"

ReplyDeleteThat was my Silver Spoon vector :D
ReplyDeletePerhaps I should do a Diamond Tiara one?
Betrayal! Both of those are great.
ReplyDeleteBoth were awesome.
ReplyDeleteLack of love for titles today i see. great comics anyway.
ReplyDeleteHaha slackers!

ReplyDeleteResponsibility needs to be an element.
ReplyDeleteHaha both were great. I liked Twi's expression at the end.
ReplyDelete1. Diamond Tiara takes news well
ReplyDelete2.Twilight you need to check back to get the element of harmony back.
OHHHH so that's what happened to the elements, now I know why didn't they bring that up in all of season 1. :p
ReplyDeleteThat's why i hate that spike! lol

ReplyDeleteBoth of these comics were lol worthy, though I do believe that #2 was lolzier.
ReplyDeleteThe real answer, of course, is that they were stored for safekeeping in Azuria's vault.
ReplyDeleteI'd bet the Element of Magic is good for Spike's health
ReplyDelete"Silver Spoon? DAMN YOU HABSRO!"
ReplyDeleteHuh, now I'm curious: Is DT more enraged that Silver is on the banner and not her, or that Silver is idolizing Trixie now and not her?

ReplyDeleteY U NO HAVE TITLE?
Haha thouse are pretty funny.
ReplyDeletelol, I loved both of them. But I laughed more at the first one.
ReplyDeleteSilver Spoon is cuter.
ReplyDeleteThere, I said it.
Wait wait what do you mean they have to find the Elements of Harmony? Seriously is that how they start of season two?
ReplyDelete@Simplydone
ReplyDeleteBased on the sneak peak with Discord, I'm under the impression that he stole them.
