I can only imagine how difficult it was to put this bad girl together, which is convenient because it turns out I do not have to thanks to this tumblr. So what I'm going to do is sit here and stare at Dashie, because she is a very pretty pony. And I'm going to watch that auction linked above like a hawk because I wants this, precious. I don't even have room for a full sized pony in my apartment. I don't care! =D

ReplyDeleteSweet mother of mercy. Hats off for taking the time to pull this super sweet thing off!
ReplyDeletelol, that'd be funny to watch someone have lol...
ReplyDeletePretty awesome stuff non the less lol
ALL OF MY WANT
ReplyDeleteWHY DO I NOT HAVE MONEY FOR THIS?!
ReplyDeleteWhoever gets her is one lucky brony.
ReplyDelete9.090 Kg and 1.33 metres; Oh my that's amazing
ReplyDeleteMy life aspirations have taken a turn for the better.
ReplyDeleteHAHA...Prince of Equestria will be happy to buy this.......
ReplyDeleteOh My God.
ReplyDeleteI am going to bid on this. I MUST HAVE IT.
ReplyDelete*clicks eBay link*
*bidding already at $430 combined*
Fuck!
WANT
ReplyDeleteThat's so awesome :D
ReplyDeleteI would so get it but I am out of money :(.
$225? awww....
ReplyDeletestuff like THIS is what Hasbro needs to make.
My favorite of the mane 6 made life size? Want, want so bad.
ReplyDeleteI have a plan to happiness:
ReplyDelete1. Get a job
2. Job means money
3. Money buys supplies
4. Bring supplies to someone who knows how to sew
5. Get life size pony made
6. Happiness
This is my plan, it does not necessarily mean it will work for others. Side effects may include uncontrollable urges to hug, snuggle, and play with the life size pony. Other side effects include: bleeding rainbows, friendship, congeniality, and an optimistic view point of life. If you are a troll, do not take pony without consulting a doctor.
At that cost of shipping, I'd rather make a road trip to the item's location! Get to visit someplace new, and drive home with Dash and a bunch of other souvenirs too!
ReplyDelete20 pounds? what did they put some rock in there or something?
ReplyDeleteI would hug the FUCK outta that.
ReplyDeleteI WANT IT TO BE FLUTTERSHY AND MINE!
ReplyDeleteIt was only a matter of time. Honestly, I'm quite surprised it took THIS long for this plush to be made. :P
ReplyDeleteShe's nice and all, but over $200 in the auction now. Plus, the shipping is $225... which is insane. lol I can't believe it costs so much to ship it.
Oh god, the things it could be used for...
ReplyDeleteI want it.
The eyes are amazing!
ReplyDeleteIts a very good thing they are unable to ship to me becuase if they could then I would fear for my wallet and the treasury.
ReplyDeleteIts amazing though, truly amazing.
The guy who made this is nuts!
ReplyDelete....he should've start the bidding @ 2 grand AT LEAST.
Imagine if Bill Gates was obsessed with this fandom.
ReplyDeleteBill Gates: ALL YOUR PONY ARE BELONG TO ME!
However, I digress (I guess?).
Good luck, everypony! -Discord
Good freaking God. That must have taken an eternity to make.
ReplyDeletesweet Celestia that's dedication.
ReplyDeleteI'm scared as to what some bronies are thinking about doing with this plush...
ReplyDeleteEeeewwwwww...
....So no mater who buys this Dash she is still going to get shipped? hehehehehe get it?
ReplyDelete@Octavia
ReplyDeleteIt's because of the dimensions, I suspect.
Don't like it when they do hair like that, but still... Life-sized Dashie... SO MUCH WANT!!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't usually go around assuming the worst, but I find it oddly suspicious there are no shots of it from behind. is the designer... hiding... something?
ReplyDeleteI kid I kid I saw the WIP images and there's no way he could have designed it to have a fleshlight in it...
He did it. Crazy son of a bitch, he actually did it.
ReplyDeleteOmg, I want this soooo much, i wouldnt care if my parents or any of my friends saw this, i would sleep with it every freaking night, move aside dog, you are going to get replaced.
ReplyDeleteman. these pony plushies just keep getting more and more epic. i am envious of those who can make these and/or afford to compete in the auctions.
ReplyDeletenot even fair that some people have the talent to make stuff like this. If I could do that I would make the entire mane 6 for myself.
ReplyDeleteCelestia damnit!!!! I fricken WANT!!!!
ReplyDeleteSweet three toed sloth of planet Hoth!
ReplyDeleteI always had it in the back of my mind to learn to make my own and to do so in large scale, but never imagined one that large. I was thinking more like a body pillow.
Also, I want to see the faces of the people when the creator brings in a 4 foot tall box to ship.
Ohmygosh Ohmygosh OHMYGOSH!
ReplyDeleteI guess going down to the bank to ask for a loan to buy a 4 foot tall plushie isn't gonna fly.
200 bucks at current bid plus 200 bucks shipping? Good lawrd. If I could afford this, I would buy it right now. I wonder if the guy could be persuaded to release the pattern.
ReplyDeleteOh god.
ReplyDeleteI may have just exploded. Twice.
First thing I would do is sit on it.
ReplyDelete"RIDE LIKE THE WIND DASHIE!"
Life sized rainbow dash is just awesome! i so want one man! (seriously lacking the money though)
ReplyDelete@Brian
ReplyDeleteBrian I am disappoint...
I'll be the first to admit I'm a bit of a pervert, even if I keep it to myself most of the time, but all these ponies are too innocent for me to think of them that way. I'd just love cuddle and tolerate the shit out of one :D
All. My. Want.
ReplyDeleteOh my god, WANT!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat was brought up on the metal bronies IRC chat this morning, and I have to say HOLY SHIT I WANT THIS SO BADLY. Even though I'm broke at the moment. :B SO jelly at whoever gets it!
ReplyDeleteExcellent workmanship there. The shape of the head and the legs could be better, but definitely an impressive prototype. It is a big challenge to get shapes perfect with plushies and things like that. So, I really can't complain. The person who said they could start this at $2000 is probably right. It might get some funny looks, but people would prolly bid on this no matter where you start it. Well, maybe, I'm not sure.
ReplyDelete---
Okay, #25 alluded to it, but comment #32 was the first person to cave and officially make the joke, but #36 takes the cake for using the word "fleshlight" in their comment. Adrian, from the context, I already had a guess about what you were referring to. Still, I googled it and guess what? I learned a new word today! O_o Still, despite all that, all three of you managed to narrowly avoid bluntly spelling out what you were thinking. Good job guys... I guess. yay
Freud: Zhis proves mein theory!
Me: Buck you Sigmund!
OMG I WANT IT!
ReplyDelete20 pounds of Magic and Friendship!
ReplyDelete...yeah, someone has awful things planned out for this masterful plushie's future.
Let's hope that they don't win and that some little girl, (or very devoted brony), will be incredibly happy and surprised.
@Viethra
ReplyDeleteIn comparison, all the "shipping" jokes are adorable.
If only they can resist adding "and handling" to the jokes.
Dashie is a constant victim of relentless puns.
It costs $200 for shipping rainbow dash? fanfiction writers, beware.........
ReplyDelete(so worth the money to get that plushie even with the high price)
SO.
MUCH.
WANT.
Life sized celestia? STFU AND TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY, AND BELONGINGS!
ReplyDeleteI can see myself hugging it! ...and it creeps me out a little. Me hugging it, not the plushie. The plushie is awesome. So very awesome.
ReplyDelete@TenchiFreak5
ReplyDeleteI dunno, if you squish her in a box, it wouldn't cost near that much to ship her. At least here in the US. Maybe Canada is a bit pickier when it comes to larger packages. That cost is still insane though.
Man, Dashie isn't even my favorite pony and i still want this! I need to get some money, and fast!
ReplyDeleteThis is honestly very good, and congrats to the person who made this. That said, make a life-sized Applejack, then maybe we'll talk cash.
ReplyDeleteI...I...I... *hyperventailating* I...
ReplyDeleteI WANT THIS!!!!!!!!!
I want the fuck out of this.
ReplyDeleteSQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! *falls over*
ReplyDeleteRandom Doctor: This man is over squee'd!
@Brian
ReplyDeleteI don't think anypony'd do anything dirty with a plush that costs that much.
*dies of want*
ReplyDeleteSadly US-only... and I can only imagine the price will go exceptionally high... but wow... *faints*
He even got her cutie mark right!
ReplyDeleteI've been throwing money at my laptop screen for nearly an hour now, and so far i have not received any life size plush dash. if i don't get one soon I'm gonna start throwing my laptop at more solid objects.
ReplyDeleteGood god, judging from what I've seen with the normal plushie auctions as of late, if this was a Fluttershy we would see the auction easily top $2,000-3000.
ReplyDeleteI will buy this... I WILL
ReplyDeletei am willing to put down 400
^ You and a couple dozen others, my friend. Going to call it right now, its gonna hit $1100-1200 me thinks. That's w/o shipping.

ReplyDeleteinb4 someone buys it and installs a fleshlight in the back
ReplyDeleteA life sized pony plushie? Being auctioned?
ReplyDelete...well... I do live near a bank... and just happen to have this black mask...
The stupid thing is that I live in the seller's general area (Alberta, Canada) and s/he doesn't ship Locally!
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess that means I'm relieved?
shipping ANYTHING across the boarder pretty well doubles the price..oversized is costly on top of that
ReplyDelete20lbs really doesnt suprise me when you consider you need to put some sand useualy in the hooves to they stand right
as for dificulty...to be honest from past sewing experiance..the smaller you sew the harder it gets..the larger you sew the easier it gets but the easire it is to see your mistakes
all that said WANT DASHIE!!!!
i call 1500+ on price...the quality is definatly there
ReplyDelete@Mint Jelly
ReplyDeletethe patterns are on the DA page......
;_;
ReplyDeleteI want this plushie so badly. This is so not fair, stupid f*cking money.
Still waiting on a Twilight plushie with big old nerd glasses and kung-fu book holding action.
ReplyDeleteHey. Hey, Hasbro. Look how much this piece of awesome is going for on eBay. Tell me you don't wanna piece of that.
ReplyDeleteMake a fluttershy version of this and I will spend ALL OF MY MONEY on it.
ReplyDeleteI agree Phoe.
ReplyDeleteI have no room in my little cell, but I'll gladly take a sledgehammer to a wall to make room for this!
No shipping to the UK makes me a sad panda... uh, pony. :(
ReplyDelete@Octavia Squishing and animal into a small. confined space for the purpose of easy transportation? What do you think she is, a pokemon? But dear god, do I want this. And no judgement toward the people who would, but I would never install a fleshlight in it. 1. It would require taking a knife to Dashie, which my heart could never handle. 2. She's just too adorable!
ReplyDeleteNot at all that hard to make, begin with first stitch make your way to the end and then stop.
ReplyDeleteDear Princess Cel- Oops, I mean...
ReplyDeleteDear Hasbro,
If you get this, take a hint. There are a huge number of ponies that would be willing to drop 3 figures on an accurate life sized plush. I don't have much room, and I'm dependent on public transit, but for Dashie I'd find a way, onlookers, roommates, and bank statements be darned.
Continuing to throw bits at the screen,
-Eaglehooves
@Viethra
ReplyDeleteOkay, so is "Shipping and Handling" just the best name for a story about Ditzy Doo having a romance with another mail/delivery pony ever, or what?
needs to be 20% cooler.
ReplyDeleteQ:Does it get stains?
ReplyDeleteShipping? She could just fly to our home in ten seconds flat!
ReplyDeleteAwesome work though, I could afford it, but I won't.
You wanna know why?
I've sworn to myself not to buy anything anymore and save up for a new laptop already, after a year of trying, cause my pc is almost dead and if it's dead I won't be able to pony online for a couple of months and if that happens I will go insane and they will tape my whole body so I can't move or talk and I will be sent to the madhouse, and then I won't be able to pony for years and miss season three and four and five and over 9000 other seasons and become even more insane and then the rest of my life I would be like Pinkamena and live in a basement and abduct people to torture them and bake them into cupcakes.
On the other side... hugging Dash for a couple of months would make it 20% less painful.
*spents rest of the week considering*
Not being able to get a daily dose of pony? Sounds more ghastly than Cupcakes!@Marcoooootje1
ReplyDeleteI would hump the shit out of this.
ReplyDeleteI'm not the only person willing to buy this for more than $250 dollars, am I?
ReplyDeleteI'M THROWING MONEY AT MY SCREEN BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!
ReplyDeleteAnd then there was sexual comments.
ReplyDeleteI love this community and all, but sometimes it creeps me the hell out.
OMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSH!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! Thats a big plushie!
ReplyDelete...I have the money... I don't have the permission, and I'm like 18000 kilometers away from whoever made it...
ReplyDeleteWHY OH WHYYYYYYYYYYY????????????????????????? D':
How did they know how big to make it? I've often wondered what the ponies size is relative to humans.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to hump the shit out of this doll.
ReplyDelete$3200 bud so far ..... Hasbro needs to get a clue and realize bronies have money O.o
ReplyDeleteAccording to this ponys tumbler A: they wanted something like $150 plus shipping, and B: they never wanted to this again...
ReplyDeleteI'm assuming that with the current bid, not including shipping by the way, is $3600 that they will STRONGLY reconsider said idea :D
My god, this went for $4,900?! And here I thought it was going to be expensive but not that much.
ReplyDeleteThere's going to be another one a little bit bigger than this one going up on eBay in two to three weeks, I'm just waiting for fabric to arrive. And if that one sells well, I might try to make Doctor Whooves as well, just to see what happens.
ReplyDeleteSo wait, is she 4 feet tall on all fours or if she stands on 2 legs? Im confsued.
ReplyDeleteDAFUQ? EBAY FOR ONLY 230$. No.
ReplyDeleteWait, winning bid at US $4,900.00? Get out, I mean. I get that in like, 5 years maybe, sure:D
ReplyDeleteIf anyone is interested... I am working on pony plushie body pillows. About the size of rainbow dash images in the "my little dashie" illustations. Going to start with Twi and fluttershy and see how the interest goes. Patterns ready, ordering fabric this week, soon to be seen on ebay then probably switching over to my Deviant art account or etsy. REALLY
ReplyDeleteI want one. Gimme
