the third gets major points for: Not using the rainbow dash "Louder" or "Pinkie Pie" yell, making most of the sounds still sound like the ponies instead of just heavily modified noises, and having Sweetie be the bass part.
The first one was off in a few places, but I must give the creator my thanks for using more than 4 or 5 samples for the whole song. That's what made Night of Pony so great.
Seeeeetttthhhhh Y U raise our expectations for the first one like that? It was good, don't get me wrong....but in my opinion nowhere near Night of Pony....

ReplyDeleteThat first one was pretty good, but some of the sounds seemed kind of off.
ReplyDeletenot first
ReplyDeleteOw, that first one was badly off pitch in places. The third one is friggin' amazing sauce though.
ReplyDeleteThe second one is good, but it doesn't quite beat Pinkie Pie Can-Can.
ReplyDeleteI was looking up cans cans all day today
ReplyDeleteEh... seeing as how I've seen a lot of Red Zone videos, I'm not impressed with the first one.
ReplyDeleteSecond video was decent.
I LOVE THE THIRD ONE!

ReplyDeletethe first and last ones were the best
ReplyDelete#2 has absolutely no right to be that catchy!
ReplyDeleteYTPMV don't like them usually but if they have Ponies oh yeah I'm all for that shit

ReplyDeleteOh. My. God. Dat second one! It's amazing!
ReplyDeleteOoh, more fun crazy and catchy PMV's. Think the second was my favorite, but I liked them all alright.
ReplyDeleteIt was only a matter of time before this would happen. Not sure what to think. I was amused and unamused at the same time if that is possible.

ReplyDeleteAnybody that doesn't know what Red Zone is, should shut the fuck up about the 1st video.
ReplyDelete@TenchiFreak5
ReplyDeleteAre you serious? I know it's old but its lack of pitch shifting makes my ears bleed.

ReplyDelete2. Was awesome!

ReplyDeleteYou mean: additive? but most music is made that way.
Just kidding
I remember when YTPMVs weren't just one specific sequence of frames played over and over again with a pitch change.
ReplyDeleteThose days are long gone, and all we get now is unoriginal quickfix junk like these.
Here's what an ACTUAL YTPMV used to be: Mormon Jesus http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46PXaJxzuDE

WHOO-hoo! WHOO-hoo! WHOO-hoo!
The first is a beautiful illustration of the creator's descent into madness.
