VastaKustutaAn attempt to combine 2 great things that fails completely at effectively representing either. MLPFiM deserves better, and the brilliant work of art that is RGU deserves MUCH better.

VastaKustutaI must say I find it very hard to read with the wrong names. Its not fun to have to look back to the top of the document every paragraph to check who was who again. Course I don't know Utena.
To the confused: Welcome to Ohtori Academy, mindf*** capital of the universe. If anything (and old-time fans of Utena will back me on this) this story is LESS of a mindblow, because some things actually get an explanation, the motivations are plainer and there's no incest. And it happens in a magic land of talking ponies, so the supernatual elements are less freaky.

VastaKustutaI'll be honest, it just feels really awkwardly worded. It's not bad, it's pretty well written in fact...
VastaKustuta...But the whole 'They're doing a play' thing just doesn't really seem to work for me, it draws me out of getting engrossed in it all.
Kinda sucks too, with all the mysticism in RGU and the fantasy stylings of FiM, this should have been a five star knock it out of the park kind of story but I just... I can't focus and get into this.

I love this. o.o But I think it needs an "incomplete" tag instead of "complete" unless the author has stopped it, because it's only at intermission.
