Something about innocent little Fluttershy Gangsta rapping is hilarious.
The Lyrics and syncing in number two are also pretty great.
And as promised, number three is completely ridiculous.
1.) My Little Pony: Friendship is Wholly Inappropriate For This Age Group
2.) May The Pony Be With You [PMV]
3.) Princess Trollestia's dance

I swear the stuff this people make are amazing. We're almost as great as the Sonic fanbase!

ReplyDelete1-Cool.
ReplyDelete2-That works perfectly.
3-Not sure, it was...interesting.
#2 was great
ReplyDelete...I'm not sure what to think about #3.
23 seconds into the first song it sounds like Busta says M.L.P. now. Coincidence?
ReplyDelete#2 is perfect. 'nuff said
ReplyDelete#1 - I don't like rap, but this was synced up very nicely for the scenes used, I felt entertained throughout even though there was no major editing done.
ReplyDelete#2 - I couldn't sit through it once they started singing, not my thing, so I can't comment on this.
#3 - Lolwut indeed.
Second one was my favorite.
ReplyDeleteMuch like Wu Tang's - Shame on a Nigga #1 shows us that FiM blends nicely with any kind of music. Always nice to see the Mane6 spitting sick rhymes :)
ReplyDeleteis trollestia going to candy mountain?
ReplyDeleteI was waiting for someone to make the connection between MLP and May The Horses Be With You.
ReplyDeleteIt works just as well as I thought it would. ^_^

ReplyDelete1: does this mean ponies are gangster Now motherbucker
Behold our glorious leader: Trollestia dancing to an instrumental candy mountain candy cave song!
ReplyDeletedon't much care for 2 or 3, but i just love ponies busting out gangsta rap.
ReplyDeletePolka is the trolliest musical genre.
ReplyDeleteThanks to #3, I now know what to do when someone starts to annoy me- I shall dance!
ReplyDeleteThe first video made me like rap music.
ReplyDeleteThe second video made me want that song on the eventual Season 1 album.
The third video MADE ME A MAN.
How did #2 not happen a long, long time ago?
ReplyDeleteHow ironic that trollestiIa is a semi unicorn and that the music is from charile the unicorn?has anybody made that concetion yet?anyone?
ReplyDelete1. anyone else notice rap is only enjoyable when it's comedic?
ReplyDelete2. hopefully that song is a parody of generic boyband shit. fair overall
3. why can we only see one of the wings? FFFUUUU
Daaaayum, Trixie's hella street!
ReplyDeleteWell... the first one was certainly.. something alright. lol I like the title.
ReplyDeleteSecond was a cute funny song. And it matches well. :P
The third one... oh jeez. Haha. Funny.
@Namefag Anon
ReplyDeleteUh, no, because I actually explore genres of music before deeming them garbage after hearing a couple of horrid mainstream artists on the radio.
#2! Yay! I totally said that this one needed to be made back in whatever Nightly Roundup had that list of PMV ideas!
ReplyDelete#3: Am I the only one who is getting flashbacks to the first Charlie the Unicorn video?
"Oh when you're down and looking for some cheering up, just head right on up, the Trollestia mountain cave..."
I swear I know the song in #3, I just don't know the name of it. Does anyone know what it's called?
ReplyDeleteImagine, if you will, a universe where, after Celestia banished Nightmare Moon to the moon, she soon discovered that the pressures of ruling Equestria alone were too much for her to handle. With the loss of her sister, not only was Celestia's workload doubled, but she lost a treasured friend and equal, the only other immortal pony she could talk to. Now she was surrounded by lesser, mortal ponies; she did her best to be a good and just ruler for them, but she could not truly relate to creatures with such limited lifespans, and she tired quickly as she saw each consecutive generation make the same mistakes over and over again.
ReplyDeleteEventually, Celestia became overburdened with her duties as a princess. She began to lose her perspective. She felt used, put upon by these clearly inferior ponies. Eventually, she decided that the ponies' fealty to her was not reward enough; what value was it to her if she earned the loyalty of ants? No, Celestia's subjects were only as useful to her as she decided to make them useful, and after generations of mental stress, she decided the only way they could be useful to her was as a source of entertainment.
It began small, with simple practical jokes at the expense of some of the royal guards. A banana peel in the hallway, a bucket of water placed on top of a door; nopony made much of it, and many were happy simply to see their ruler in a more cheerful mood. But then the pranks evolved into something more. Obscene and/or threatening phone calls to civilians. Underhanded manipulation of market prices. Soon, it became clear that Celestia's pranks could not really be called "pranks" so much as a playful form of tyranny, and eventually, she would begin writing new laws to banish ponies for the most minor of offenses, all for the sake of getting a laugh.
Previously, Celestia's servants would have done anything to make her smile; now, Celestia's smiling face had become a symbol of fear and oppression for all. As more and more victims of her oppressive rule caught a glimpse of her twisted, hideous grin, ponies began to refer to her as "Trollestia" in secret, for they knew that this was not the same Celestia who had ruled before. This trickster god was a mere caricature of the kind and caring ruler who previously sat at the throne.
By some twist of fate, one small group of ponies managed to rescue Celestia's sister Luna from the moon. Some wondered if the family reunion would serve as a sort of healing process for their mentally wounded ruler, but alas, Trollestia was already past the point of no return. She promptly built a cannon that would launch projectiles all the way into space, ostensibly for the purposes of defending their kingdom, but instead used it to launch innocent citizens--including her own sister--to the moon.
At night, the royal guards sometimes secretly look into Trollestia's room. There they see her at the fullest extent of her insanity: listening to a lively polka, dancing unnaturally on her two back hooves, and all the while that horrid, disgusting grin is plastered to her face. The guards can only turn their heads away, and weep--weep for their lost princess.
@SIaanme
ReplyDeleteYeah, that sounds just like the Charlie the Unicorn song for Candy Mountain http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuwY8U1AY7k
#3. Oh no. Not woodwind polka. I still have nightmares about that song. . .
ReplyDeleteNot really. It's a fun tune. I played it in fifth grade, and it's always fun to hear. I can't speak about the video though.
1. It was pretty good.
ReplyDelete2. How in the world did I forget about this song?! I love Relient K! This is perfect!
3. ...um k.
#1 That was synced up very well .
ReplyDeleteWhat in the...
ReplyDelete#3: Well, that was rather... amusing...
ReplyDelete#3 is what Pinkie Pie saw playing in her head during her Pinkamina breakdown.
ReplyDeleteLoved the first one. I want to see more Trixie rap. Somebody make it happen, please.
ReplyDeleteRelient K on EqD? Brilliant.
ReplyDelete#3 music was in Charlie the Unicorn with Candy Mountain wasn't it? I don't have huge database about music in head so I can't be sure.
ReplyDeleteI would very much appreciate it if credit was given to my art, perhaps with a link back to where it was originally posted.

@AtiarotiasI thought it was too but it turns out it is based of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMJ9cEzqNHE
ReplyDeleteI haven't listen to Relient K in years. I used to keep seeing them turn up in Kingdom Hearts AMVs but then nothing for years. Good to hear them again.
ReplyDeleteWe're going to candy mountain, Charlie...
ReplyDeleteWhen we take over the world, #3 should be our national anthem!
ReplyDeleteThird one was total derp. The first was hilarious, second was alright too.
ReplyDeleteRap, rock, and troll: The elements of perfection.
ReplyDelete#3 is kinda... hypnotic...
ReplyDelete@Anonymous @anonymous its already better than sonic fan base. sonic is crap now. he is making games about the Olympics and ponies are saving pony ville from giant enraged universe bears.
ReplyDeleteCandy Mountain, Charlie! It's full of sweets and joy...and joyness...
ReplyDelete1. Awesome! Rap always fits really well with MLP for some reason.
ReplyDelete2. Ugh, awful song, just not my thing. Well edited though.
3. lol wat
#1: ... M.O.P... With Busta Rhymes... Are you reading my mind or something, Seth? Because I love you enough already, anything more's going to start to head into stalker territory.
ReplyDeletelol #1 between 0:19 and 0:20. listen closely she says mlp
ReplyDeleteSMH @ you hip-hop illiterate silly fillies, sigh
ReplyDelete#1 is the M.O.P Ante Up remix, the legendarily hardcore remix of one of the most hardcore hip-hop club hits ever. Busta Rhymes on verse 1 (she? lol) and Remy Martin on verse 2. (SHE's a girl and SHE's currently doing 10 years for shooting a *friend* of hers in a stomach because she suspected her of stealing. FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC! LMFAO)
Its M.O.P nigga, not M.L.P lol. YES I can say nigga because I'm one of the 7 African-American bronies in existence, DEAL WITH IT. M.O.P = Mash Out Posse. BROWNNNNNNNNNNNSVILLE! FIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I think Fluttershy and rap works so well because she looks so apologetic when she's boasting.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, Trixie looks awesome rapping because she's the total opposite. She needs her own Missy Elliot PMV.
#3
ReplyDeleteThe replay button, has been raped.
#3. I saw 2 seconds, than started laughing uncontrollably.
