The MLP Reddit page is currently under invasion by a swarm of angry parasprites. The only way to deal with this is to... give stuff out! They currently have a contest going on for one of those stencils I posted earlier, involving the creation of a Zecora rhyme!

August is littered with random holidays, some of which may be relate-able to pony in some way. I know how much you guys love celebrating completely off the wall holidays, so here is a list sent from Fire Flash of various potential holidays in the month of August! Have some copy paste.
Aviation Day 19. We need to thank our pegasi for the wonderful weather they bring us so diligently.

That pasta review was pretty dissapointing. That said the descriptions he gave were consistent with uncooked food like that. If he didn't heat it up in a pan then I feel sorry for him.

ReplyDeleteAs a British brony, I have to disagree with the review. Any British kid that grew up in the 80s/90s ate atleast their own body weight in these sort of pasta shapes whilst growing up and will probably back up what I'm about to say.
Put simply, if it tastes of fire and charcoal, you've burnt them, they don't look burnt but trust me they're burnt. Cooking these pasta shapes is an art rather than a science, you can use you fancy mathermatics to follow the times it gives you on the can but the truth is those times have huge variations depending on who quick your hob heats, how quick you started cooking after turning the hob on etc etc.
Again, any British Bronies know exatly how these taste, esspecially the sauce. There is no sauce comperable to the heinz tomato sauce that, seriously you could drain these shapes out of the sauce and put them in the sauce of some other brand pasta shapes and I would be able to tell and would throw them at you for wasteing the heinz sauce.
I don't want to go on any further but I'll finish with this for any American Bronies that are reading and have got their hands on a can, microwave them, The pasta will taste wrong compared to hob cooked ones, but it'll make sure you don't burn that delicious sauce

So the pasta tasted horrible, I can't say that i'm surprised. Most of that stuff taste awful. I did meet someone once who was selling Pokemon curry and she said that it was fun to have around the house to show people but not to serve it.

Uh, yeah, about Spitfire...one of the things I hate about furry art is its penchant to put animal heads on human bodies, so that, in this case, a pony has boobs. Where ponies NEVER have boobs. Yeucch.

ReplyDeleteIt won't compile those files for you if you do, though... I add a title page and Table of Contents for each story I do.
Also, the limited experience I have with eReaders suggests there's not much in the way of file structuring or organization... which means multi-part stories become a pain to read, because you get one MASSIVE list with all the chapters in it... Fallout: Equestria is a good example; 35 separate files for one story? No thanks.
